Die Wohnung liegt am Tempelhofer Feld im schönen Schillerkiez. Es ist ein schöner, ruhiger Teil von Neukölln. Es ist alles sehr grün, für Berlin hat der Schillerkiez einen entspannten fast "dörflichen" Charakter. Die Hasenheide ist auch vor der Tür.
Anbindung an die Öffis ist sehr gut. Die U-Bahn Stationen Boddinstr. und Leinestr. sind in ca. 5 min zu erreichen und es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die S-Bahn Hermannstr. ist ungefähr 15 min entfernt
The flat is situated at Tempelhofer Feld in the area of Schillerkiez. It's a quite beautiful relaxed part of Neukölln and it's very green all around. The park Hasenheide is right there aswell.
You can get to the public transport in 5 min. U-Bahn Boddinstr./Leinestr. would be the closest. S-Bahn Hermannstr. is about 15 min away.
There is lots of possibility to shop for groceries or go out to a restaurant.

Ich suche nach einer netten Mitbewohnerin für ein schönes und ruhiges Zimmer im Schillerkiez am Tempelhofer Feld.
Ich suche jemanden ruhiges und entspanntes. Deine Mitbewohnerin studiert soziale Arbeit und arbeitet nebenher. Sie ist eher ruhig. Für ein angenehmes Zusammenwohnen sind gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und ein respektvoller Umgang sehr wichtig, genauso wie Sauberkeit.
Die Wohnung insgesamt ist klein, schön und mit allem ausgestattet.
Ansonsten bitte keine Clubleichen, Rauchen auf dem Balkon ok, Exzess aber bitte draußen!

So I’m looking for somebody, who is quiet and relaxed. Maybe a student or somebody who works full-time would be ideal.
You'll be living with my roommate. She is quiet, clean and relaxed and I'm looking for somebody similar. She keeps it all very clean and would expect the same of you.
The flat is small and beautiful, ideal for 2 people, but all in all acting thoughtful and with respect towards each other is very important.
Please no club kid, smoking on the balcony is ok, no party.
