Wir haben ein schönes großes Zimmer in unserer schönen Altbauwohnung zu vermieten. Gerne langfristig, Kurzzeitvermietung ist möglich, aber von uns nicht erwünscht.

Wichtig: Keine Anmeldung !!

Das Zimmer ist 25qm größ und voll möbliert und kann gleich bezogen werden - auch die Wohnung ist natürlich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, eine Spühlmaschine, in der Küche ist alles nötige vorhanden und WLan gibt es natürlich auch.
Dein Zimmer hat es ein großes gemütliches Hochbett, wodurch du in deinem Zimmer noch mehr Platz hast und der Raum ist durch die großen Fentster schön hell. Dein Zimmer schaut nach hinten in den Garten, wodurch du die die ganze Ruhe unseres Hinterhofs genießen kannst und von der Straße gar nichts mitbekommst. Den Garten können wir auch zu gewissem Grad gerne mitbenutzen können.

We have a nice big room for rent in our beautiful old apartment. Gladly long-term, short-term rental is possible, but not desired by us.

Important: No registration !!!

The room is 25 square meters large and fully furnished and can be occupied immediately - the apartment is of course also equipped with everything you need. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, the kitchen has everything you need and of course there is WiFi.
Your room has a large, cozy loft bed, which gives you even more space in your room and the room is nice and bright thanks to the large windows. Your room faces the garden at the back, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of our backyard and won't even notice the street. We can also share the garden to a certain extent.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhgen Gegend Neuköllns nicht weit von S Bahnstation Neukölln.
Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist also nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt, wie z.B.

S+U Hermannstraße (U8)
U Grenzallee (U7)
S+U Neukölln (S41/42)

In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es alles großen Supermärkte, Asis Läden, einen Flohmarkt und jede menge arbatische Restaurants. Cafés und Grünflächen. Perfekt für alle, die ein entspanntes und gut angebundenes Zuhause auf Zeit suchen!

The connection to public transport is therefore only a few minutes' walk away, e.g.

In the immediate vicinity there are all large supermarkets, Asis stores, a flea market and lots of artisan restaurants. Cafés and green spaces. Perfect for anyone looking for a relaxed and well-connected temporary home!

Wir, Peik und ich, Ksenia, wir sind beide sehr offene, tolerante und entspannte Personen.
Peik studiert Informatik und macht gerne seinen Abschluss und ich bin gerade dabei ein kunstorientiertes Start Up zu gründen. Ach ja ! und zur Wohnung gehören auch zwei super verschmuste Katzen, die wahrscheinlich versuchen werden, dein Herz zu stehlen. Die bleiben allerdings aus dem Zimmer draußen und dürfen gar nicht rein :)

Da es sowohl kurz- als auch langfristig zur Verfügung steht, schreib uns gerne einfach an und erzähle uns was von dir und wie deine Situationen ist.

We, Peik and I, Ksenia, are both very open, tolerant and relaxed people.
Peik is studying computer science and enjoying his degree and I'm in the process of founding an art-oriented start-up. Oh yes ! and the apartment also has two super cuddly cats who will probably try to steal your heart. However, they stay out of the room and are not allowed in :)
