Herzlich willkommen in meinem wunderschönen Zimmer! Alle Möbel sind aus massivem Echtholz und ich hab das Gefühl sie haben eine gute Seele ;) In diesem Zimmer kann man eigentlich alles machen, es ist genug Platz für sportliche Tätigkeiten & dadurch, dass wir ganz unten leben, könnt ihr so laut sein wie ihr wollt ;) Außerdem gibt es einen wunderschönen Schreibtisch & Malbereich, der genau wie das Bett in mitten von Pflanzen steht. Ich empfinde das Leben in meinem Zimmer wie in einer Wohlfühl-Spa-Höhle, ein kleiner Tempel eben :) In und unter dem Schrank sowie unter dem Bett ist genug Platz um all eure Dinge unterzubringen, das einzige, was bleibt sind meine Bücher & meine Yogamatte ( wenn ihr wollt natürlich nur ). Nachmittags ist die Sonne im Zimmer und sonst tagsüber in der Küche, die auch einen wunderschönen Arbeits- und Entspannungsbereich hat.

Welcome to my beautiful room! All the furniture is made of solid real wood and I have the feeling it has a good soul ;) In this room you can actually do everything, there is enough space for sports activities & because we live downstairs, you can be as loud as you want ;) There is also a beautiful desk & painting area, which is surrounded by plants, just like the bed. I feel like I'm living in a feel-good spa cave in my room, a little temple :) There is enough space in and under the wardrobe and under the bed to store all your things, the only things left are my books & my yoga mat (if you want to, of course). In the afternoon the sun is in the room and otherwise during the day in the kitchen, which also has a wonderful work and relaxation area.
Direkt am Landwehrkanal in Neukölln seid ihr perfekt angebunden. 10 Sekunden von der Haustür entfernt fährt der 171, der euch zu S Sonnenallee in 5 Minuten bringt. Sonst könnt ihr alternativ auch 15 Minuten laufen. U Karl Marx Straße sind 20 Minuten zu Fuß, aber am besten seid ihr angebunden mit dem Fahrrad. Wir wohnen direkt im Café & Barhotspot in Nord Neukölln. Die Sonnenallee, Weserstr, das Kungerkiez und Hobrechtkiez sind alle in maximal 5 Minuten mit dem Rad durch unsere Fahrradstraße erreichbar. Auch an Natur mangelt es nicht. Der Plänterwald und Treptower Park sind auch schlappe 10 - 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt - wir haben sehr lange gebraucht um diese wundervolle Wohnung zu finden und hoffen, ihr genießt sie so wie wir!

You are perfectly connected directly on the Landwehrkanal in Neukölln. The 171 is 10 seconds from the front door and takes you to S Sonnenallee in 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can walk 15 minutes. U Karl Marx Straße is a 20-minute walk, but the best way to get here is by bike. We live directly in the café & bar hotspot in Nord Neukölln. Sonnenallee, Weserstr, Kungerkiez and Hobrechtkiez can all be reached by bike in a maximum of 5 minutes via our bike lane. There is no shortage of nature either. The Plänterwald and Treptower Park are also a 10-15 minute bike ride away - it took us a long time to find this wonderful apartment and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
In unserer WG war es uns sehr wichtig, dass es eine Ruheoase ist. Wir sind beide berufstätig und sozial aktiv, was es sehr wichtig für uns macht uns zuhause wohl zu fühlen. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist eine gute Freundin von mir, sie wird aber nur die erste Hälfte der Zeit da sein, die zweite Hälfte, seid ihr allein in der Wohnung (weshalb wir da auch nochmal über die Kaution sprechen müssen). Meine Mitbewohnerin ist eine junge Holländerin, die Ausgehen, 80er Musik und Kitsch genauso liebt wie den Britzer Garten, Radtouren und ihre Ruhe. Generell herrscht bei uns eine ruhige und angenehme Stimmung

In our shared flat, it was very important to us that it was an oasis of calm. We both work and are socially active, which makes it very important for us to feel comfortable at home. My flatmate is a good friend of mine, but she will only be there for the first half of the time, the second half you will be alone in the apartment (which is why we need to talk about the deposit again). My flatmate is a young Dutch woman who loves going out, 80s music and kitsch just as much as the Britzer Garten, bike rides and peace and quiet. In general, we have a calm and pleasant atmosphere
