Hello, my flatmate has moved out to her own place so I’m looking for someone new to share the apartment with long-term.
The Room & Apartment
The spacious, partially furnished room is on the fifth floor of a cozy Altbau apartment, featuring wooden beams and plenty of character. Shared spaces include the kitchen (slightly rustic) and bathroom, but there is no communal living room.
The apartment is well located between Boddinstraße and Rathaus Neukölln (U7 & U8), both just a 5-minute walk away. It’s close to Hasenheide and Tempelhofer Feld, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafés nearby.
About the Flatshare
I want this to feel like a comfortable, respectful home, so a friendly, kind, and considerate environment is important. Cleanliness, good communication, and being mindful of shared space matter to me.
I’m a creative freelancer and spend a lot of time working from home, so I’d prefer a flatmate who doesn’t work from home. I like having my own space and keeping to myself, but I also enjoy the occasional shared meal or glass of wine.
The building is generally quiet, and this isn’t a party flat, so I’d love to find someone who’s on the same page about that.
