Ich biete hier ein schönes Zimmer in meiner 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Neukölln Rixdorf (im Ring) zur Untermiete an. Ich vermiete vom 01.02.2024 bis zum 30.04.2025. Nach Absprache, kann der Zeitraum auch angepasst werden. Die monatliche Miete liegt bei 699€ (hier ist alles inklusive).
Das Zimmer ist mit allem nötigen eingerichtet: Es gibt 1 Schlafcouch, die man zum schlafen vergrößern kannst, zwei Glastische, Kleiderstange, etc. Du kannst alles in der Wohnung nutzen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einem Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und allem was man sonst noch so braucht. Darüber hinaus gibt es Bügeleisen + Brett, Mixer, Toaster, etc. Die Handtücher kannst du auch gerne nutzen. W-lan/ Wifi ist auch vorhanden.

I am offering a room in my 2-room flat for a short term rent. I am renting it from 1st of February 2025 until the 30th of April 2025. It is possible to adjust the timeframe, please just write me and we can discuss it. The monthly rent is 699 EUR.
Your room and the flat are furnished: You have a comfortable couch in the room, which you can extend for sleeping, 2 glass tables, clothing rack, etc. You can use everything in the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, blender, toaster, etc and everything else you might need. Furthermore there is a clothing iron, and towels can be provided. Wifi is available.
Die Lage ist wirklich super. 2 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, befindet sich auf der Sonnenallee die Bushaltestelle Hertzbergplatz, von hier aus kommst du zum Hermannplatz, Sonnenallee etc. Der S-Bahnhof Sonnenallee und der U-Bahnhof Karl-Marx-Staße lassen sich auch nach ca. 6 Gehminuten erreichen. Von hier aus fahren die Ringbahn und die U-Bahn überall hin. Du musst aber nicht unbedingt weit weg fahren, denn in der Umgebung der Wohnung finden sich mehrere Supermärkte (Lidl, Rewe, Netto, arabische & türkische Supermärkte) zahlreiche coole Neuköllner Cafés, Restaurants, Imbisse, Bars und Clubs.

The flat is located in a great area. Only 2 minutes walking to the next bus stop Hertzbergplatz on the street Sonnenallee, from here you can get to Hermannplatz, anywhere on Sonnenallee etc. The S-Bahn train station Sonnenallee (Ringbahn) and the U-Bahn station Karl-Marx-Straße are a 6 min walk away from the flat - from here you can get anywhere.
But you don't even have to use the public transport, because there are many supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe, Netto, arabic & Turkish supermarkets), so many cafés, bars, restaurants, clubs etc only a footwalk away. The street where you live is calm, but if you want a taste of the lively neighbourhood you just have to walk 1-2 minutes.
Du wirst mit mir zusammen wohnen. Ich bin offen und freundlich und bin an den meisten Tagen gut beschäftigt und unterwegs. Deine Privatsphäre wird natürlich respektiert, aber ich bin offen für ein nettes Gespräch hier und da wenn es sich ergibt.
