visiting Berlin? looking for a short term stay?
cozy apartment free short time rent in Neukölln until 26. Dezember.
I will be gone most of the time, so you would have a lot of space.
Its a quite and big altbau apartment with a bedroom, 180cm bed and a big clothing rack to hang your clothes.
The apartment is 60qm and has everything in it you need.
The kitchen is fully equiped with a dishwasher, coffee machine etc.
Cozy Livingroom with a big TV and dining table as well.
The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
The apartment is located pretty quiet in a calm street in Neukölln-Reuterkiez.
Its 3 minutes walking distance to the U7 Metro Station Rathaus Neukölln and 5 minutes walking distance to U8 Boddinstraße.
There are many shops, restaurants, bars, cafes close by. Also Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide ( a lot of green :) ) are only 10 mins walking distance.
Its a very cozy and quiet home.
I am always travelling on the weekends and you would have the apartment for yourself in that time.
I would describe myself as an easy, outgoing person that respects everyones space.
I am looking for someone that is tidy, doesnt party (in the apartment) and treats the apartment as their own.
PS: NO PARTYS, NO SMOKING INSIDE
