As I'll be moving out of the flatshare my room will be become vacant from January 15th (or a few days earlier) for longterm renting. ✨
The flat consists of 3 rooms (one per roommate) plus a shared living room, open kitchen space and big bathroom. The living room can be used to watch movies, invite friends or just hang out. The flat has everything you need (wifi, equipped kitchen, bathroom, etc.) and is located well between Treptower Park and Rathaus Neukölln. The room will most likely be rented out unfurnished (i might leave my desk), so you can decorate it to your liking. The room is located towards the backyard of the house, which means that it is very calm. There‘s also new windows, so it‘s isolated well in winter.
We‘re preferrably looking for a female (27-40 y/o) who speaks good English as your roommates are internationals. However if it fits well we're also happy to welcome a male or nonconforming.
Please note that there is also a cute and quiet cat living in the flat, so you must be allergy-free and cat-friendly! Your roommates are mostly working from home, so this shouldn‘t be an issue for you.
Price: 698€, deposit 500€ (tbd if the rent might change as we‘re about to receive new operating costs by our housing management soon).
The costs include internet, heating, warm water, electricity and GEZ. Anmeldung is possible.

Great location in quiet neighborhood between Treptower Park and Rathaus Neukölln.
You'll be very close to:
- Public transport (2-3mins)
- Supermarkets (3 different ones in about 5mins walking distance)
- Bakery, Spätis, Post-offices (2mins)
- Sonnenallee (10-15mins walking, 2 stations by bus)
- Karl-Marx-Str. (15mins walking, 4 stations by bus)
- Weserstraße with many bars (10-15mins walking)
- Görlitzer Park (15-20mins walking)
We're a very calm and relaxed WG where we love to have a quick chat when we meet or spontaneously have a glass of coffee/wine together but generally speaking we usually go about our days ourselves.
It is important for us to keep this a calm and clean space where we feel comfortable, but of course having friends over etc. is no issue!
As mentioned, there‘s a cat living in the flat as well.

- Bathroom with two sinks, huge walk-in shower and washing mashine.
