We are going to be 3 flatmates and potentially a dog.
Estela and her dog Freya are sadly moving back to spain and the room is available from 1st of April. The rent will need to be covered from 1st of April onwards by the new flatmate.
I am Leonie and I am staying in the flat longterm. I am 31 and I tattoo. I love nature, art, pets and spend a lot of time outside roaming in Berlin. I love mountains and hikes and working out in the gym.
I am actually rarely home. Generally I would love to have some good conversations, cook together, go to the gym or roam Berlin together. Normally I end up being too busy but its still nice to come home and spend some time together in the evenings.
I am looking for someone who has a stable rythmn, is clean and respectful and addressing issues directly if something is bothering them. No crazy party people.

Since there is alot of inquiries in Berlin for rooms, I am only going to reply to the ones of interest and asking for your understanding.
You will need to provide SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) (jetzt beantragen) , liability insurance, work contract and proof of income of the last 3 months. You will have to open a security deposit account and block 3 months rent as a deposit which then can be released by the landlord after moving out.
Electricity (heating) and WiFi are additional expenses to the rent and shared by 3.
Anmeldung is possible.
