Dein Zimmer ist knapp 19 Quadratmeter groß, mit Dielenboden bestückt und ist zum Hof nach Süden ausgerichtet. Du kannst also jeden morgen bei Sonnenschein im Gesicht entspannt aufwachen.
Das Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet - Mit einem Bett, einem großen Kleiderschrank, 40"TV(+Fire-TV-Stick), kleinen Schreibtisch+Stuhl, eine Kommode und zwei Nachttischen. An Stauraum für deine ganzen Klamotten und deinen ganzen Kram sollte es also nicht mangeln. Du kannst natürlich aber auch dein eigenes Bett mitbringen, nur der Schrank und die Kommode müssten mangels Platz im Zimmer bleiben.
Das Wohnzimmer - ca. 26m² - können beide Mitbewohner*innen nutzen. Hier findest du , eine große bequeme Couch und einen Wohnzimmertisch mit genug Stühlen. Vom Wohnzimmer habt ihr Zugang zum ca. 10m² großem Balkon. Dort habt ihr von morgens bis ca. 18Uhr Sonne. Wer einen grünen Daumen hat, kann sich da voll und ganz austoben, momentan sind wir damit aber weniger erfolgreich :)
Im Bad findest du eine große Badewanne, eine neue Waschmaschine und eine Kommode für Handtücher und so'n Zeug. Die Küche ist mit einem übertrieben großen Kühlschrank und allem was ihr braucht ausgestattet. Sie ist groß genug, um dort zu zweit morgens zu frühstücken. Eine Spülmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden!

Your room is just under 19 square metres in size, has floorboards and faces south towards the courtyard. So you can wake up relaxed every morning with sunshine on your face.
The room is fully furnished - with a bed, a large wardrobe, 40’ TV (+ Fire TV stick), small desk + chair, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. So there should be no shortage of storage space for all your clothes and stuff. Of course, you can also bring your own bed, but the wardrobe and chest of drawers would have to stay in the room due to lack of space.
The living room - approx. 26m² - can be used by both flatmates. Here you will find a large comfortable couch and a living room table with enough chairs. From the living room you have access to the approx. 10m² balcony. There you have sun from the morning until about 6pm. If you have green fingers, you can let off steam there, but at the moment we are less successful :)
In the bathroom you will find a large bathtub, a new washing machine and a chest of drawers for towels and stuff. The kitchen is equipped with an oversized fridge and everything you need. It's big enough for two people to have breakfast there in the morning. There is also a dishwasher.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr günstig. In 8 Minuten ist man am S-Bahnhof Schöneweide. Dort fahren die Bahnen S9, S45, S46, S8, S85. Außerdem fahren vor dem S-Bahnhof die Straßenbahnen 60, 27, M17, 37, 21, 67 und der Bus 165 sowie hinter dem Bahnhof die Busse 163, M11, X11, 160. Zumindest sollten sie das, wenn's nicht mal wieder SEV gibt
Nähe des Bahnhofs gibt es das Schöneweide Center mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Kaufland und Edeka.
Außerdem ist die HTW Wilhelminenstraße 15min zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Spree erreicht ihr in ca. 5min zu Fuß.

The transport connections are very favourable. The Schöneweide S-Bahn station is just 8 minutes away. The S9, S45, S46, S8 and S85 trains run from there. In addition, trams 60, 27, M17, 37, 21, 67 and bus 165 run in front of the S-Bahn station and buses 163, M11, X11, 160 run behind the station - or at least they should, unless there are SEVs again
Near the station there is the Schöneweide Centre with many shopping facilities, such as Kaufland and Edeka.
HTW Wilhelminenstraße is also a 15-minute walk away.
You can reach the Spree in about 5 minutes on foot.
Derzeit wohnen dort meine Mitbewohner Alex und ich (Nils). Wir pflegen einen sehr entspannten Umgang miteinander, allerdings sollten dir die üblichen Dinge wie gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und das putzen der gemeinsamen Räume kein Fremdwort sein.
Wir suchen jemanden, der entspannt ist und sowohl Freundlichkeit als auch Privatsphäre respektiert und schätzt. Du solltest dich einfach zu Hause fühlen, entweder allein oder in Gesellschaft. Besuche sind sehr willkommen zu bleiben, wenn angekündigt. Wir sind offen für internationale Menschen und schätzen Vielfalt.

Alex and I (Nils) currently live there. We have a very relaxed relationship with each other, but you should be familiar with the usual things like mutual consideration and cleaning the shared rooms.
We look for someone laid back, that respects and apreciates both friendliness and privacy. You should just feel at home either alone or in company. Visits are very welcome to stay if announced. We are open to international people and appreciate diversity.
Es gibt zu deinem und zum Wohnzimmer noch ein halbes Zimmer, was wir immer als Abstellraum verwendet haben. Was ihr damit anstellt ist euch überlassen- (vllt Trainingsraum o.ä.).
Frühester Einzugstermin ist der 01.10, bevorzugt wird jemand gesucht der bereits zu diesem Datum bereit ist einzuziehen.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt inklusive sämtlicher Kosten wie Internet, Strom, GEZ und allen weiteren Kosten 750 €.
Anmeldung ist selbstverständlich möglich. Es gilt eine Mindestmietdauer von 1 Jahr.
Sofern du denkst, dass das hier was für dich ist, meld dich gerne bei mir und dann machen wir einen Termin für eine Besichtigung aus.

PPS: Dein Vermieter wird Benno sein, wir filtern hier erstmal vor und würden dich dann an ihn weiterleiten wenn alles passt. Im Wohnzimmer und Kabuff stehen außerdem im Moment ein paar Möbel, diese werden aber nächsten Monat verkauft.
