Ich biete ein helles Zimmer von 16 m² an.
Das Zimmer ist ursprünglich unmöbliert, aber wir haben hier eine praktische Regelung: Wenn jemand auszieht, verkauft er oder sie die Möbel an den nächsten Mieter zu einem vorher vereinbarten Preis. Das ist besonders hilfreich für beide Seiten – derjenige, der auszieht, muss die Möbel nicht mitnehmen, und der neue Mieter spart sich den Aufwand, eigene Möbel zu beschaffen. Wenn du einziehst, kaufst du also die Möbel, und sie gehören dann dir. Solltest du später ausziehen, kannst du entscheiden, ob du die Möbel weiterverkaufen oder mitnehmen möchtest.
Das Zimmer ist eingerichtet mit einem 140x200 cm Bett, einem Sofa, Schreibtisch, Schrank und einem Bücherregal. Die Möbel sind zwar benutzt und haben Gebrauchsspuren, aber sie sind praktisch für den Alltag und machen das Zimmer gemütlich.
In der Wohnung gibt es außerdem 2 Badezimmer (beide mit Dusche), eine Waschmaschine, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche und einen großen Balkon.
Wie erwähnt, sollte die neue Person die Möbel kaufen. Zusätzlich möchte ich erklären, dass wir kürzlich eine neue Waschmaschine und eine neue Spülmaschine gemeinsam angeschafft haben. Auch ich habe zu den Kosten beigetragen, aber ich werde sie nicht mitnehmen und auch nicht nutzen. Deshalb enthält der Preis sowohl die Kosten für die Möbel als auch meinen Anteil an den neuen Geräten.

I’m offering a bright, 16 m² room.
The room is originally unfurnished, but we have a practical system: when someone moves out, they sell the furniture to the next tenant at an agreed price. This is convenient for both parties – the person moving out doesn’t have to take the furniture with them, and the new tenant doesn’t need to bring their own. When you move in, you’ll purchase the furniture, and it becomes yours. If you move out later, you can choose whether to sell it to the next tenant or take it with you.
The room is furnished with a 140x200 cm bed, a sofa, desk, wardrobe, and bookshelf. The furniture is used and shows some signs of wear, but it’s practical and gives the room a cozy feel.
Additionally, the apartment has two bathrooms (both with showers), a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony.
As mentioned, the new tenant will buy the furniture. I also want to explain that we recently bought a new washing machine and dishwasher together as a household. I contributed to the cost, but I won’t be taking them with me or using them anymore. So, the price I’m asking includes the cost of the furniture as well as my share of the new appliances.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Oberschöneweide, direkt neben der Spree und nur eine Minute entfernt von ein Supermarkt Penny. In der Region befinden sich noch andere Märkten wie Dm, Rewe Lidl, ein Einkaufszentrum und einigen Restaurants. Auch in der Nähe befindet sich der schöne Park Wuhlheide, die Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) und den Griesmühle-Revier Südost (Club, Biergarten, Subaermarkt).
Plänterwald/ Treptower Park und der Müggelsee sind auch nicht so weit weg. (20-35 min mit Fahrrad).
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage: nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Tram (M60, M67, M17, M27, M21, M37) die nur 3 Stationen von dem S-Bahnhof Schöneweide (S46,S47, S8, S85, S9.) entfernt ist. Dieser hat selbst mehrere Linien, die verschiedene Teile Berlins verbinden.
Englisch- Location:
The house is located in the Oberschöneweide district, right next to the Spree and only a minute away from a Penny supermarket. There are other markets in the region such as Dm, Rewe Lidl, a shopping center and some restaurants. Also nearby is the beautiful Park Wuhlheide, the University of Technology and Economics (HTW), and the Griesmühle-Revier Südost (club, beer garden, Subaermarkt). Plänterwald / Treptower Park and the Müggelsee are also not that far away. (20-35 min by bike).
It is in a good location: only 3 minutes walk to the Tram (M60, M67, M17, M27, M21, M37) and 3 stops until you reach the Schöneweide S-Bahn station (S46, S47, S8, S85, S9.), which itself has several connections to different parts of Berlin.
Du teilst die Wohnung mit 6 weiteren Personen:
Soren (21), Sebastian (36), Christian (52), Fee (21), Kash (22) und Julia (22). Es ist keine Zweck-WG. Manchmal macht jeder sein eigenes Ding und es gibt nicht viel Interaktion, aber oft kochen wir zusammen, frühstücken gemeinsam oder entspannen abends auf dem Balkon. Da wir viele sind, gibt es immer verschiedene Vibes und Arten der Interaktion – es hängt wirklich vom Tag und der Stimmung ab. Aber jeder respektiert den Raum und die Zeit der anderen, besonders wenn jemand arbeiten muss oder sich in seinem Zimmer zurückziehen möchte.
Unsere Routinen sind unterschiedlich. Einige studieren und sind öfter zu Hause, andere sind nicht immer hier und nur gelegentlich da, während andere Vollzeit arbeiten und oft unterwegs sind – oder beides machen. Wichtig ist, dass jeder respektvoll miteinander umgeht, Rücksicht nimmt und sich an die Hausregeln hält! Ordnung ist das A und O, da wir eine große Gruppe sind, also haben wir einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, den jeder einhalten muss, um die Wohnung sauber zu halten.

You will share the apartment with 6 other people: Soren (21), Sebastian (36), Christian (52), Fee (21), Kash (22), and Julia (22). It’s not a Zweck-WG. Sometimes, everyone does their own thing, and there isn’t much interaction, but often we cook together, have breakfast as a group, or just chill out on the balcony in the evenings. Since there are many of us, there are always different vibes and ways we connect—it really just depends on the day and the mood. But everyone respects each other’s space and time, especially when someone needs to work or relax in their room.
Our routines vary. Some people study and are home more often, some aren’t always around and only stay occasionally, while others work full-time and are often out, or do both. What’s important is that everyone respects each other, is considerate, and follows the house rules! Organization is key since we’re a big group, so we have a weekly cleaning schedule that everyone follows to keep the apartment tidy.
