wir haben in einer wunderschönen 3er Frauen WG in Berlin Pankow noch ein Zimmer frei.
Das WG Zimmer hat eine Größe von 28qm und befindet sich in einer 91m² großen Wohnung mit Küche, Bad, Gäste WC, Flur und zwei weiteren WG Zimmern. 3 Fenster in dem Zimmer sorgen für eine lichtdurchflutet Atmosphäre. Mit den Rollläden und Vorhängen hast Du die Möglichkeit auch tagsüber alles zu verdunkeln. Die Deckenlampen sind mit einer Fernbedienung einzeln farblich einstellbar.
Der Außenbereich hat eine kleine Terrasse und wartet auf Dich, gute Geschichten und schöne Zeiten.
Zum Wohnen, Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ist die WG einfach super.
Die WG befindet sich in einer ruhigen und dennoch verkehrstechnisch gut angebundenen Lage.
Alle für den Alltag gebräuchlichen Gerätschaften wie z.B. Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Toaster, Induktionsherd, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und natürlich auch Reinigungsgeräte sind vorhanden. Super schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.
Im Winter sorgt eine Fußbodenheizung für angenehme, warme Füße.
Die Möbel, das Bett und die Matratze in dem Zimmers sind komplett neu und ungebraucht.
Mit ein paar Bildern, Pflanzen und persönlichen Dingen kannst Du es Dir noch viel wohnlicher gestalten.
Deine 2 Mitbewohnerinnen sind 20 Jahre alt und studieren.
Die WG Zimmer werden direkt von den Eigentümern verwaltet.
Eine Anmeldung wäre natürlich auch möglich.

we have a room available in a beautiful 3 women's shared flat in Berlin Pankow.
The room has a size of 28 square meters and is located in a 91m² apartment with kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet, hallway and two other rooms. 3 windows in the room provide a light-flooded atmosphere. With the shutters and curtains you have the possibility to darken everything during the day. The ceiling lamps are individually color adjustable with a remote control.
The outdoor area has a small terrace and is waiting for you, good stories and good times.
The flat share is simply great for living, relaxing and feeling good.
The flat share is in a quiet yet well-connected location.
All the appliances needed for everyday life, such as TV, fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, induction stove, washing machine, dishwasher and of course cleaning equipment are available. Super fast WLAN is available.
In winter, underfloor heating keeps your feet warm and comfortable.
The furniture, the bed and the mattress in the room are completely new and unused.
You can make it even more homely with a few pictures, plants and personal items.
Your 2 roommates are 20 years old and students.
The shared rooms are managed directly by the owners.
Registration would of course also be possible.
In nur etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichst Du sowohl die Bushaltestelle der Linie 155, als auch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle der Linie M1.
Die S-Bahn-Station, an der die Linien S1 und S25 halten, ist etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß bzw. 7 Minuten mit dem Rad/ E- Roller entfernt.
Für den täglichen Einkauf stehen Dir verschiedene Supermärkte wie Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Lidl und Netto zur Verfügung.
Ein Fitnessstudio mit einem wirklich guten, vielfältigen Angebot ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der in der Nähe befindliche Volkspark Schönholzer Heide ist ideal zum joggen, spazieren gehen und entspannen.
Unweit von hier befindet sich ein tolles, kleines Kino "Blauer Stern".
Ein Fahrradstellplatz ist vorhanden.
Weiteres kannst Du mit Deinen Mitbewohner gern erkunden.

The bus stop for line 155 and the streetcar stop for line M1 are just a 7-minute walk away.
The S-Bahn station, where lines S1 and S25 stop, is around 15 minutes away on foot or 7 minutes by bike/e-scooter.
There are various supermarkets such as Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Lidl and Netto for your daily shopping needs.
A gym with a really good, varied range of facilities is about 10 minutes' walk away. The nearby Volkspark Schönholzer Heide is ideal for jogging, walking and relaxing.
Not far from here is a great little movie theater “Blauer Stern”.
A bicycle parking space is available.

Auf Grund der Lage besteht die Möglichkeit gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie Kino, Fahrrad fahren, joggen und Fitness mit den WG Bewohnern, shopping zu unternehmen. In der WG hat jeder sein abgeschlossenes Zimmer und seine Privatsphäre.
Innerhalb der WG sollte ein humor- und rücksichtsvoller Umgang das Zusammenleben prägen.

Due to the location, it is possible to do activities such as going to the movies, cycling, jogging and fitness together with the other residents. In the shared flat everyone has their own room and privacy.
Within the shared flat, living together should be characterized by humorous and considerate interaction.
Die an der Küche anschließende Terrasse ist nur wenig einsehbar, sodass Ihr hier auch mal in Ruhe entspannen oder auch Sport/ Yoga etc. machen könnt.
Wer gerne joggen oder entspannt spazieren geht, hat hierzu die ausreichend Möglichkeiten und kann so die Umgebung super erkundigen. Der Bereich um die Zingerwiesen ist hierfür auch ideal.
An der WG grenzt ein kleiner Garten mit Hochbeeten, der gern von Euch für eigene Anpflanzungen genutzt werden kann, was aber kein muss ist.
Wenn Du ein Hauch von Luxus magst, bist Du hier genau richtig.
Absolute Priorität in dieser WG ist, die Ruhe Deiner Mitbewohner zu beachten.

The terrace adjoining the kitchen is only slightly visible, so you can also relax here in peace or do sports/yoga etc..
If you like jogging or a relaxed walk, you have plenty of opportunities to do so and can explore the surrounding area. The area around the Zingerwiesen is also ideal for this.
There is a small garden with raised beds adjacent to the shared flat, which you are welcome to use for your own planting, but this is not a must.
If you like a touch of luxury, you've come to the right place.
The absolute priority in this shared flat is to respect the peace and quiet of your flatmates.
