I am subletting my room for one month in Pankow. The room is about 16.5 sqm, has a large window with morning sunlight, and can be partially furnished (if desired) with a large desk, chair, and a clothes rack. Since I am moving, I will be taking the rest of my furniture with me. The apartment is wonderfully bright, featuring a separate living room with a cozy balcony, a spacious kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment is located close to Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte, and Wedding. The area stands out due to the charming Florakiez, with its many cute cafés and restaurants. Shops are a 5-8 minute walk, the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are 6-10 minutes away, and the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk.
You would be living with Claire (28) in her apartment. Claire works full-time, is a social butterfly, and often works from home during the day. In the evenings, she's usually out or at the gym.

Hallo zusammen,
ich biete mein Zimmer in einer schönen 2er Altbau-WG in Pankow für einen Monat zur Zwischenmiete an. Das Zimmer ist etwa 16,5 qm groß, hat ein großes Fenster, durch das morgens die Sonne hereinscheint, und kann teilmöbliert (auf Wunsch) mit einem großen Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl und einer Wäschestange überlassen werden. Da ich umziehe, nehme ich den Rest meiner Möbel mit. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre Helligkeit, den Altbau-Charme und verfügt über ein separates Wohnzimmer mit einem gemütlichen Balkon, eine geräumige Küche und ein Badezimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe zu Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte und Wedding. Die Lage besticht durch den Florakiez, mit seinen vielen süßen kleinen Cafés und Restaurants. Geschäfte sind in 5-8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die S- und U-Bahn in 6-10 Minuten und eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt.
Du würdest mit Claire (28) zusammen in ihrer Wohnung leben. Claire arbeitet Vollzeit, ist ein Social Butterfly und daher tagsüber oft im Homeoffice und abends entweder unterwegs oder beim Sport.
