My room is pretty large and has two big windows towars a quite, empty area, away from the street. On good days the sun shines onto the bed in the monring :)
The living room is huge and beautiful. It has a vid bed, 140 x200 and and id make sure you have plenty storage room in the cupboard.
The flat is equipped with everything you need. If you break anything just replace it please.
The flat is only a few stops from alexanderplatz via m4 tram (6 min). The tram stop is 1 min from the building. Loads of cool cafes, great restaurants and cultural happenings around :)
My flatmate is great, he is a therapist, videographer and commited meditator. He travels a lot so might bot be around too much. He is orderly and sometimes gives therapy sessions remotely so Id absolutly need you to be respectful, making sure you dont leave a mess in communal spaces and not blasting music when he gives a session. He is a great and super interesting, open, friendly flagmat, cooks los of great veggi food too :P
I’ll be traveling and am subleting for that reason. If the time frame suits you, hmu. Please tell me a bit about yourself, why you want the space and what you are up to in Berlin. Maybe we’ll just have a call to chat about details later. But feel free to ask questions if anything is unclear :)
