Hallo liebe Leute,
Ich gehe für anderthalb Monate auf Reisen deshalb ist mein Zimmer für diese Zeit frei! Ich würde mich sehr freuen wenn jemand während dieser Zeit in meinem Zimmer wohnt:)
Hier erstmal etwas zur Aufteilung der Zimmer:
Dein zukünftiges Schlafzimmer hat ein paar Möglichkeiten Kleidung zu verstauen und ein Riesiges Himmelbett(sehr bequem). Ich bin erst vor 2 Monaten in dieses Zimmer eingezogen deshalb ist es allerdings das einzige Zimmer, bei dem ich mit der Einrichtung noch nicht ganz zufrieden bin.
Dann gibt es mein geliebtes Wohnzimmer, in dem man super (mit Freunden) chillen kann! Außerdem haben wir einen Beamer (Super für Filmabende) und einen Schreibtisch zum arbeiten!
Wir haben eine vollausgestattete Küche in der gerne gekocht werden kann. Außerdem hat die Küche auch einen kleinen Esstisch.
Unser kleines aber feines Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne inklusive Dusche.
Dein Zukünftiger Mitbewohner Karl wohnt im kleinen Zimmer gegenüber der Küche.
Alle Zimmer sind durch einen Eingangsbereich/Flur verbunden.

Hello dear people, I'm traveling for a month and a half so my room is free for this time! I would be very happy if someone would stay in my room during this time:)
First of all, here is something about the room layout:
Your future bedroom has a few places to store clothes and a huge four poster bed(very comfortable). I only moved into this room 2 months ago so it's the only room I'm not completely happy with the layout of yet.
Then there's my beloved living room, which is great for chilling out (with friends)! We also have a projector (great for movie nights) and a desk for working!
We have a fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy cooking. The kitchen also has a small dining table.
Our small but nice bathroom has a bathtub and shower.
Your future roommate Karl lives in the small room opposite the kitchen.
All rooms are connected by an entrance area/hallway.
Die Lage ist im Hosemann-kiez sehr entspannt und ruhig. Trotzdem ist die Anbindung sehr gut, da sowohl die Straßenbahn-linien M2, M4 und die Ringbahn innerhalb von ungefähr 6-7 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Außerdem sind die Linien 12 und M13 auch nur gute 10 Minuten weit weg.
Es gibt in der Umgebung innerhalb eines 10 Minütigem Lauf-Radius eigentlich alles was man braucht. Zum Beispiel Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Netto, DM, Rossmann und sogar ein Obi-Baumarkt.
Außerdem ist die Wohnung direkt an der Wohnstadt Carl legien und damit an einem Unesco-Welt-Kultur-Erbe gelegen. Hört sich krasser an als es ist:D

The location in the Hosemann neighborhood is very relaxed and quiet. Nevertheless, the connection is very good, as both the streetcar lines M2, M4 and the Ringbahn can be reached on foot within about 6-7 minutes. Lines 12 and M13 are also only a good 10 minutes away.
There is actually everything you need in the area within a 10-minute radius. For example, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Netto, DM, Rossmann and even an Obi DIY store.
What's more, the apartment is right next to the Carl Legien residential area and therefore a Unesco World Heritage Site. That sounds more impressive than it is:D
Du wirst mit Karl zusammenleben. Er schreibt gerade seine Bachelorarbeit in Politikwissenschaft und ist ein super-entspannter Mitbewohner. Ich wohne jetzt seit 2 Monaten mit ihm zusammen und bin sehr zufrieden. Er würde dich in jedem Fall gerne auch kennenlernen bevor es eine Zusage von mir gibt (über Zoom oder in Person).

You'll be living with Karl. He's currently writing his bachelor's thesis in political science and is a super-relaxed flatmate. I've been living with him for 2 months now and I'm very happy. He would definitely like to get to know you before I make a commitment (via Zoom or in person).
