This nice smal room in our uncomplicated, internationally oriented four-person shared flat “Schöni” is available onwards from February!
The room is only rented to single persons, not to couples or friends.
The room is quite small, but the furnishings are good and practical so it's really okay! You have a large bed (140 cm) and a corner desk and a lockable, spacious closet is located in the hallway outside your door to save space.
Of course, everything else you need is also available in the shared flat. Even bed linen. Of course it is possible to register at this address in Berlin.

In unserer unkomplizierten, international ausgerichteten Vierer-WG „Schöni“ ist ab Februar wieder ein schönes, kleines Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer wird nur an Einzelpersonen vermietet, nicht an Paare oder Freunde.
Das Zimmer ist zwar recht klein, aber die Einrichtung ist gut und praktisch gestaltet dass es wirklich in Ordnung ist! Du hast ein großes Bett (140 cm) und einen Eckschreibtisch und zusätzlich befindet sich ein abschließbarer, geräumiger Kleiderschrank platzsparend im Flur vor deiner Tür.
Natürlich ist auch alles andere, was Du brauchst in der WG vorhanden. Sogar Bettwäsche. Selbstverständlich ist es möglich, sich unter dieser Adresse in Berlin anzumelden.
The flat share is in the middle of the trendy Prenzlauer Berg district, very conveniently located on Schönhauser Allee: two minutes to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, streetcar and bus! Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet.

Die WG liegt mitten im Szeneviertel Prenzlauer Berg, sehr verkehrsgünstig an der Schönhauser Allee: zwei Minuten zu S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus! Dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
Wir, Sabin und Reinhold, kümmern uns um die WG-Vermietung des "Schöni74", wohnen aber nicht dort und mischen uns nicht in das WG-Leben ein.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind in der Regel zwischen 21 und 24 Jahren und stets Leute die zumeist ein halbes Jahr oder länger in der WG wohnen. Fast immer sind sie neu in der Stadt um in Berlin zu studieren, ein Praktikum zu machen oder um hier zu arbeiten.
Der Vermietungsprozess ist recht einfach und überschaubar und natürlich ist eine amtliche Anmeldung an der Adresse möglich.
Auch wenn die Auswahl der Mitbewohnerinnen hauptsächlich durch uns geschieht ist es natürlich eine "echte" WG mit allen üblichen Verpflichtungen und eigener Verantwortung, sich mit den anderen Mitbewohnern abzustimmen. Wir schauen aber im Vorfeld ein bisschen, dass die Zusammensetzung passt - das klappt meist besser als jedes WG-Casting.

We, Sabin and Reinhold, take care of the rental of the "Schöni74", but we do not live there and do not interfere in the life of the shared flat.
Your flatmates are almost ever aged between 21 and 24 and are usually people who have been living in the shared flat for six months or longer. They are almost always new to the city to study in Berlin, do an internship or work here.
The rental process is quite simple and straightforward and of course it is possible to officially register at the address.
Even though we select the flatmates, it is of course a "real" shared flat with all the usual obligations and responsibility for coordinating with the other flatmates. However, we do check a little in advance to make sure that the composition is right - this usually works better than any flat share casting.
