Looking for a flatmate to move into a spacious and cozy apartment in Prenzlauer Berg from mid-December. The rent is €1150 per person, which includes all utilities. My current flatmate is moving out, and we’ll be signing a new one-year lease with the landlord and agency.
The location is great: a quiet spot in Prenzlauer Berg, but with plenty of cafes, bars, and shops nearby. It’s a 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn and about 12 minutes to the U-Bahn. Lidl, Rewe, and Aldi are just around the corner, and Mauerpark is only a few minutes away. Plus, there’s a medical center in the building where you can pop in for an appointment without a booking — super convenient.
The apartment is 115 sqm with 3.5 rooms: your bedroom, my bedroom, a living room combined with the kitchen, and a large walk-in closet/storage room. We have a balcony on one side and a huge terrace overlooking the courtyard on the other. The place is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, except for a bed in your room (which you can buy from the current tenant). In the summer, it’s very comfortable — thanks to the balconies and large windows that create a pleasant breeze, even on the top floor it doesn’t get hot. In the winter, the apartment is warm, and your room will have its own Dyson air conditioner.
The apartment has so much stuff that I’m still discovering new things! Just the other day, I found out we have a cast iron pot and a jamón stand. In addition to all the essential appliances — dishwasher, projector, stereo system — we’ve got plenty of books in both German and English. And yes, there’s an elevator, which is a nice perk for a top-floor apartment.
If you’re looking for a cozy and well-equipped place in a great area, feel free to reach out and we can chat!
