The room is quite big and is furnished with bed (comfortable mattress), sofa, wardrobe and desk. I also have a guitar, yoga-mat and longboard, as plenty books that you can also use. The room is situated in the backyard part of the building, which make it quieter and also next to the kitchen and far from the other rooms.
The apartment is in Prenzlauer Berg, in one of the most popular streets of the neighbourhood. Just 3 minutes to tram station, and 7 minutes to U2 and Sbahn Schönhauser Alle. The street is full with shops, restaurants and bars. There is a Mall close to the apartment and Supermarkets like Rewe and Netto are like 3-4 minutes walking.
You will live with Andrés (34), Peruvian guy studying an Ausbildung. He is really chill vibes and making jokes. And Marcos (34) Argentinian and unemployed at the moment while spend his days doing sport and meeting friends and developing new business idea.
There is a cleaning week schedule to keep some order in the apartment. They both are really easy going, good conversations, sometimes 420, listening some music, sharing a wine, but also respecting personal space and intimacy when someone wants to disconnect.
