This is a really peaceful home and the neighborhood is also very nice and cozy. I look forward to hear from people who wish to share such a home. I keep the house tidy, but I don't mind if we need to get a regular cleaner to keep things simple. The house is fully decorated, including your room offer.
Me
I am 29 years old, I am originally from London. I have lived in many countries besides Germany (China, Taiwan, Singapore, Uganda etc). I'm a chatty and curious person, yet often at home i like to keep to myself most of the time but I do love to have a cup of tea or dinner and chat. It’s true that when I am out the house, or talking about something thats interesting I am very chatty! I read a lot at home, exercise and perhaps for my job unfortunately also work at home :) oh well. I prefer to have a very polite and peaceful relationship as house mates. I am very open to get to know each other very well, or just a little, so long as we have a nice balance at home so we can have harmony. I don't regularly bring my social life to the house (the area is new for me, most of my friends are in NK and Kreuzberg), but I don't mind having people around at all.. just not too noisy for either of us.
Would prefer people with English, Spanish or Chinese language as I don’t speak much German at all!
The flat is full of nature and books, and random objects. Some that I've made, or designed. I am often using essential oils, and often listening to ambient, dream pop, dub techno, classical, etc at home in the quietly in the background. I hope you’ll find that similarly peaceful. I suppose if I live with someone that I can use headphones more often though! I hope you will like the place, it’s very chill
Initial offer is for 1 year if everything is okay after the first two months! I am slowly leaving Berlin so I will eventually leave my room as well.
I have a large beautiful flat with an old contract and now I want to share the apartment with someone. There are two big rooms, plus a hallway, large kitchen with dining table and large bathroom with a bath.
The landlord would like someone with a stable job.
