Prenzlberg Nähe Friedrichshain, der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, also optimal fürs joggen oder mal die Seele im Grünen baumeln lassen.
Die Tram M4 ist quasi direkt um die Ecke, max. 5 min zu Fuß (Hufelandstr.), damit ist sowohl ist die S Bahn Greifswalder Str., als auch der Alex optimal erreichbar. Von da kommt man easy durch die ganze Stadt. Auch das trubeligere Prenzlberg ist fußläufig entspannt zu erreichen.
Rewe ist noch näher, direkt in der nächsten Parallelstr., Aldi und Lidl ein bisschen weiter entfernt aber gut machbar.
Restaurants, Cafes, Läden, Spät etc. alles direkt hier.

The tram M4 is practically just around the corner, max. 5 min walk (Hufelandstr.), so the S-Bahn Greifswalder Str. and Alex are easily accessible. From there you can easily get around the whole city. The lively Prenzlberg neighbourhood is also within easy walking distance.
Rewe is even closer, directly in the next parallel street, Aldi and Lidl a little further away but easily doable.

Die Hauptsache ist, dass wir entspannt miteinander umgehen können, Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen und entsprechend die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber und ordentlich halten.

Die WG besteht aus mir, w, 32 J. alt. Ich arbeite derzeit Vollzeit, bin also tagsüber unter der Woche immer außer Haus und am Wochenende gerne mit Freunden unterwegs oder einfach ein entspanntes Date mit meiner Couch. Als Kölnerin liegt mir eine offene, kommunikative Art sehr am Herzen und ich begrüße es, Probleme sofort anzusprechen, damit kein Groll gehegt werden muss ;)
Die 2. Person im Bunde ist eine Taiwanesin, die hier derzeit auch als Zwischenmiete wohnt, bis die reguläre Taiwanesin zurück aus ihrer Heimat kommt. Sie ist hier um Deutsch zu lernen und tagsüber auch in der Sprachschule oder mit dem Institut auch mal bei Veranstaltungen.

Da wir beide derzeit viel unterwegs sind, hat sich ein stetes WG Leben noch nicht so recht eingestellt aber wir gehen uns nicht aus dem Weg und sind beide entspannte und lebensfrohe Personen.

An elektronischen Hilfsmitteln gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Reiskocher, natürlich Herd, Ofen, Kühlschränke und unser neuster Einzug ist eine kleine Spülmaschine, also kein nerviges von Hand spülen mehr angesagt :D
WLan gibt es natürlich auch.

Es steht ein Badezimmer zur Verfügung, bisher hatten wir keine Probleme, dass jeder seine Zeit nutzen kann.

The flat share consists of me, female, 32 years old. I currently work full-time, so I'm always out of the house during the week and like to go out with friends at the weekend or just have a relaxed date with my couch. Being from Cologne, I like to be open and communicative and I like to address problems immediately to avoid holding grudges ;)
The second person in the group is a Taiwanese woman who is currently also living here as a temporary tenant until the regular Taiwanese woman comes back from her home country. She is here to learn German and during the day she is also at the language school or sometimes at events with the institute.

As we are both travelling a lot at the moment, we haven't really settled into a steady flat-share life yet, but we don't avoid each other and are both relaxed and fun-loving people.

We have everything our hearts desire in terms of electronic appliances: washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (filter), toaster, rice cooker, cooker, oven, fridge and our latest addition is a small dishwasher, so no more annoying washing up by hand :D
WLan is of course also available.

There is a bathroom available, so far we have had no problems with everyone being able to use their own time.

Anyone who identifies as a cosmopolitan, friendly, sociable and warm person is very welcome here.
