wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin für ein sonniges Zimmer in einer 4-Zimmer Wohnung am Arkonaplatz. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, ein sehr geräumiges Bad mit Waschmaschine und eine große Küche mit Ess-/ Wohnbereich. Dein Zimmer hat eine Grundfläche von 11m² mit einer Treppe zu einer eingezogenen Zwischenfläche von ca. 4m² mit eingebautem Bett. Ein Kleiderschrank, Regal und evtl. Schlafsofa stehen im Zimmer zur Nutzung zur Verfügung (können nach Absprache auch herausgenommen werden).
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 78m² groß, es ist ein modernisierter Altbau mit hohen Decken und Parkettboden. Die moderne Küche hat einen Gasherd, ist gut ausgestattet (Airfryer, Soda Stream, etc.) und bietet viel Stauraum. Im Wohnbereich haben wir außerdem eine gemütliche Couch mit Beamer und Lautsprechern für gemütliche Filmabende. Der Ess-/Wohnbereich steht zur freien Benutzung. Vom Wohnbereich geht ein Balkon ab, der zu einem entspannten Aufenthalt zwischen Sonne und Bäumen an einer ruhigen Straße einlädt.

We are looking for a flatmate for a sunny room in a 4-room flat on Arkonaplatz. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, a very spacious bathroom with washing machine and a large kitchen with dining/living area. Your room has a floor space of 11m² with a staircase leading to a gallery of approx. 4m² with a built-in bed. A wardrobe and shelfs are available for use in the room, mabey the couch as well (can also be removed by arrangement).
The flat is approx. 78m² in size, it is a modernised old building with high ceilings and hardwood floors. The modern kitchen has a gas cooker, is well equipped (Airfryer, Soda Stream, etc.) and offers plenty of storage space. In the living area we also have a comfortable couch with projector and speakers for cosy film evenings. The dining/living area is alway free for your use.
A balcony leads off the living area, inviting you to relax between the sun and the trees on a quiet street.
Ich liebe diese Gegend! Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer schönen ruhigen Straße an der Grenze von Mitte und Prenzlauer Berg, am Arkonaplatz. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich der Zionkirchplatz und die Kastanienallee mit vielen Cafes, Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants. Direkt nebenan (1min Fußweg) liegt ein neuer EDEKA, weitere Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Rewe, Lidl, Spätis und Biomarkt) sind 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt und der Mauerpark ist 5 min entfernt. Es befinden sich mehrere Tram (M1, 12, 10) und Busstationen sowie die U8 nur wenigen Minuten Laufweg entfernt.
Some say (including me 😃) that this is the best location in the city. The apartment is on a quiet street, but very close by there are a lot of cafes, shops, etc.. There is an Edeka less than 1 minute walk from the apartment! Additionally, Lidl, Rewe and Biomarkt are between 5-10 min away. Mauerpark is less than 5 min walk. Picturesque Kastanienallee and Zionskirchplatz are around the corner too! Access to U-bahn (U8), bus and tram (M1, M12, 10) within a few minutes walking distance.
Du würdest mit 2 Frauen zwischen 27 und 32 zusammen wohnen. Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich sind beide aus Deutschland, bisher hatten wir immer einen internationalen Haushalt und gemischt englisch/deutsch gesprochen. Wir arbeiten beide Vollzeit (machen ab und zu Home Office) und hätten auch gerne eine Mitbewohnerin die bereits berufstätig ist.
Mir ist ein harmonisches und ehrliches zusammenleben bei dem sich jeder respektiert wichtig. Solange sie die Anderen nicht stört, kann jeder seine Freiheiten ausleben.
Inwieweit man sich auf ein gemeinsames WG-Leben einlässt ist jedem selbst überlassen. Nach der Arbeit habe ich häufig gerne meine Ruhe, aber komme auch immer wider gerne zu einem Plausch in der Küche zusammen, (wenn es sich ergibt) gemeinsam zu Abend isst und gemeinsame Unternehmungen sind möglich. Besonders wichtig ist mir der eigene Wunsch für Ordnung und Sauberkeit und das man sich daran beteiligt und jeder seine Wünsche zur Gestaltung und des Zusammenlebens einbringen kann.
You would live with 2 women between 27 and 32. My roommate and I are German, but so far we were a international mixed household and mostly speak mixed German/English. We both work full-time (sometimes doing Home Office) and would also like to have a roommate who is already employed. A harmonious and honest co-existence in which everyone respects is important to me. As long as it doesn't disturb the others, everyone can live freely. It is up to you to what extent you agree to live together in a flat share. After work, I often like to rest, but I also often like to have a chat in the kitchen and joint activities are welcome! What is particularly important to me is your own desire for tidiness and cleanliness and that you participate in the upkeep of the flat and also feel free to share you wishes on how we live togehter and that we find solutions together.
