Hey! Wir suchen kurzfristige Verstärkung für unsere 4er-WG im schönen Prenzlauer Berg/Pankow. Wenn du Lust auf eine chillige, gemeinschaftliche und respektvolle WG hast, lies einfach weiter. 😊
Das Zimmer, das wir zu vergeben haben, ist 16 m² groß. Es ist sehr hell, da es zwei große Fenster hat, und der Dielenboden verleiht dem Raum einen charmanten, gemütlichen Look. Es wird möbliert vermietet und ist ab dem **21. Januar** verfügbar. Die Mietdauer ist zunächst auf 6 Wochen befristet, aber potentiell auf 3 Monate verlängert.
Unsere Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir haben eine gemütliche Küche, in der wir zusammen kochen, einen kleinen Wohnzimmerbereich im Flur für entspannte Abende, gemeinsames WLAN und ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne.

The room we have available is 16 m². It’s bright, with two large windows, and the wooden floor gives the room a charming, cozy vibe. It’s being rented furnished and will be available from **January 21st**. The lease is initially for 6 weeks, but open to an extension until 3 Months.
Our apartment has everything you need. We have a cozy kitchen where we often cook together, a small living room area in the hallway for relaxed evenings, shared Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub.

Die Lage ist wirklich super: Die Straßenbahnlinien M13 und 12 sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und der S-Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem findest du Rewe und Netto direkt an der Kreuzung gegenüber – also nur 5 Minuten entfernt, wenn du schnell mal einkaufen musst.

The location is really great: The tram lines M13 and 12 are just a 5-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee is about a 15-minute walk. Additionally, you’ll find Rewe and Netto right at the intersection across the street – so only 5 minutes away if you need to grab something quickly!

Hier wohnen drei Mitbewohner*innen im Alter von 25 bis 28 Jahren, FLINTA* und queer und du.
Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohner*in, die ebenfalls eine queere FLINTA-Person** ist, Pro-Palestine und intersektionale Feminist*in, die vegetarisch oder vegan lebt, sauber und rücksichtsvoll ist und gern Teil unserer WG-Dynamik wird. Wir legen Wert auf Gemeinschaft, sei es beim gemeinsamen Kochen oder einfach bei entspannten Gesprächen. Wir halten außerdem ein monatliches Plenum, um regelmäßig miteinander einzuchecken und gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen.

Hey! Ich bin Karo (25) queer, studiere im 1. Semester Visuelle Kommunikation an der UdK Berlin, liebe alles kreatives von töpfern und stricken bis zu Grafikdesign und Fotografie. Liebe alles, was mit Kaffee zu tun hat, also wenn du eine gute Kaffeemaschine mitbringst, hast du ein immediate in :D Ich arbeite sonst freelance als Grafikdesigner*in und im Uni-Café. Brenne für intersektionalen Feminismus und Community zu pflegen und aufzubauen:)
Lilli (they/them):
Lilli ist 27, queer und an allem möglichen interessiert. Mag quasi jede Kunstform, von Malen zu Handwerklichem, zu Musik und Singen. Arbeitet außerdem gerne dran die Wohnung noch gemütlicher und praktischer einzurichten. Studiert theoretisch Soziologie und technischen Umweltschutz und arbeitet Teilzeit, und macht praktisch gerade Pause und genießt die Bürgergeld-Auszahlungen ✌ Arbeit muss man sich leisten können
und eine dritte person die auf 1.Februar einzieht.

We’re looking for a new housemate who is also a queer FLINTA* person, pro-Palestine, and an intersectional feminist, who lives vegetarian or vegan, is clean and considerate, and would love to be part of our dynamic. We place great value on community, whether it’s cooking together or just having relaxed conversations. We also hold a monthly plenum to regularly check in with each other and spend time together.

Hey! I’m Karo (25), queer, studying Visual Communication in my first semester at UdK Berlin, and I love everything creative from pottery and knitting to graphic design and photography. I’m all about anything related to coffee, so if you bring a good coffee machine, you’ll get an immediate in :D I also work freelance as a graphic designer and at the university café. I’m passionate about intersectional feminism and building and nurturing community :)
Lilli (they/them):
Lilli is 27, queer and into a lot of things. Likes all sorts of artforms from painting to crafting to music and singing. Also love to work on our shared spaces to make them even more comfy and practical. In theory are studying sociology and environmental engineering and working part time, in practice taking a break from that and living their best Bürgergeld life ✌ work to those who wanna work
a third person will move in on the 1st of february.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 425€ inklusive Nebenkosten. Dazu kommt eine Kaution von 400 €. Bitte beachte, dass eine Anmeldung in der Wohnung leider nicht möglich ist.
