Zunächst zu deinem Zimmer: Dich erwartet ein super großes 19 qm Zimmer, welches durch zwei riesige Doppel-Fenster auch immer sehr hell ist. Das Zimmer blickt auf den großen Innenhof, daher ist es immer sehr ruhig, obwohl wir direkt an der Schönhauser Allee wohnen!
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vergeben, sodass du dir keine Gedanken um Möbel für die kurze Zeit machen musst. Die beinhaltet alle Sachen, die auch auf den Bildern zusehen sind - das heißt also auch ein Beamer und ein schöner Plattenspieler mit zahlreichen Vinyls :)
Meine ganzen persönlichen Gegenstände sowie meine Klamotten auf den Bildern werde ich dir natürlich rauslegen, damit du genug Platz für deine Sachen hast.

First of all about your room: You can expect a super large 19 square meter room, which is always very bright due to two huge double windows. The room overlooks the large courtyard, so it is always very quiet, although we live directly on Schönhauser Allee.
The room is given furnished, so you don't have to worry about furniture for the short time. It contains all the things you can see in the pictures - so that means a projector and a nice record player with lots of vinyl :)
All my personal belongings as well as my clothes on the pictures I will of course put out for you, so you have enough space for your things!
Die Lage ist perfekt und die Verkehrsanbindung somit optimal. Zu Fuß sind sowohl die S-Bahnstation Schönhauser Allee (sprich Ringbahn) als auch die U2 Eberswalderstraße (von dort 5min zum Alexanderplatz) oder M10 (Direktanbindung zum HBF) in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Haustür hält zudem die Tram M1.
Ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen ist der Mauerpark und eine Sportanlage zum Joggen. Quasi neben dem Hauseingang befindet sich ein REWE Supermarkt, ganz zu schweigen von den zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés in der Gegend.

The location is perfect and the transport links are therefore optimal. Both the S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee (Ringbahn) and the U2 Eberswalderstraße (from there 5min to Alexanderplatz) or M10 (direct connection to the main station) are within 5 minutes walking distance. Directly in front of the front door stops also the streetcar M1.
Also within walking distance is the Mauerpark and a sports facility for jogging. There is a REWE supermarket practically next to the entrance to the house, not to mention the numerous restaurants and cafés in the area.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Johannes und Josua. Beide studieren hier und kennen sich auch schon länger.
Du kannst dich auf ein super entspanntes 3er WG-Leben freuen, wo sich jeder zu Hause fühlen kann, gemeinsam was unternommen wird, aber auch einfach jeder machen kann was er will. Und falls Du aufgrund der kurzen Untermiete einfach deine Ruhe brauchst ist das ebenfalls kein Problem, das versteht auch jeder.

Your new roommates would be Johannes and Josua. Both are studying here and know each other since a long time.
You can look forward to a super relaxed 3-share life, where everyone can feel at home, but also everyone can just do what they want. And if you simply need your peace due to the short sublet, that's no problem either, everyone understands that.
Die Untermiete ist begrenzt auf 3 Wochen, da ich auf Reisen bin. Das Einzugsdatum ist am 06.03 und geht bis zum 28.03. Da du alle unsere Sachen nutzen darfst und sollst, erwarten wir natürlich einen respektvollen und guten Umgang mit den Geräten.
Im Preis (550€) ist alles mit einberechnet, das heißt es gibt keine Extra-Kosten, an die du denken musst. Außerdem gibt es nur eine geringen Kaution von 100€.
Wir können gerne einen Besichtigungstermin vorab machen oder Details per Anruf klären!
SPECIAL: Wir haben eine Putzkraft, die jede Woche kommt und unsere Gemeinschaftsräume reinigt - heißt also du musst in den 3 Wochen nicht ein mal sauber machen! Das gibt keine Zusatzkosten für dich.

The sublease is limited to one month as I am traveling. The move-in date is on 06.03 and goes until 28.03. Since you can and should use all our stuff, we expect of course a respectful and good handling of the equipment.
Everything is included in the price (550€), which means there are no extra costs you need to think about. There is also only a small deposit of 100€.
We can gladly make a viewing appointment in advance or clarify details by calling!
SPECIAL: We have a cleaner who comes every week and cleans our common areas - which means you don't have to clean once in the 3 weeks! There are no additional costs for you.
