Ich vermiete ein sonniges Zimmer in meiner 3-Zimmerwohnung vom 01.04-01.05. Das Zimmer hat 14 Quadratmeter und ist möbiliert. Die Miete ist 480€ warm. Es gibt einen leeren Schubladenschrank, in dem du deine Sachen verstauen kannst und eine Matratze. Wir haben leider keine Waschmaschine, aber ich gehe immer zum Waschsalon in der Nähe.
I am renting out a sunny room in my 3 room apartment from the 01.04-01.05. The room is furnished, 14 square meters. The rent will be 480€ warm. There is a matress and a cupboard that you can use to store your stuff. We sadly don't have a washing machine but I always go to the nearby wash salon.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Reinickendorf in der Nähe der U8 Residenzstraße (8 Minuten Fußweg) und S-Bahnhof Schönholz (S1, S25, S85, 13 Minuten Fußweg). In 5 Minuten ist man beim Rewe. Die Ausgehmöglichkeiten wie Bars oder Clubs sind eher beschränkt, dafür ist man in unter 30 Minuten in der Stadtmitte.
The apartment is located in the district Reinickendorf close to U8 Residenzstraße (8 minute walk) and S-Bahnhof Schönholz (S1, S25, S85, 13 minute walk). The nearest supermarkt is Rewe, it takes less than 5 minutes to walk there. There aren't really any bars or clubs nearby, but you can get to the city center in less than 30 minutes if you want.

Ich bin männlich, 22 Jahre alt und bin ab April wieder in der Uni. Ich bin eher eine ruhige und kreative Person. Mir ist ein respektvoller Umgang mit den Möbeln und der Wohnung wichtig, auf Sauberkeit wird natürlich geachtet, bin da aber auch nicht so kompliziert.
