Hi, ich vermiete das Gästezimmer in meiner Wohnung für eine Zeit lang unter. Es ist durch die Dachschrägen gemütlich aber recht klein, ruhig gelegen und möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Bett (100x200) und Kommode. Das Bett ist ganz neu und auf den Fotos steht noch die alte Schlafcouch.
Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer, das gemeinsam genutzt werden kann.
Hinweis: Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 380€/Monat.
Hi, I would like to rent out the guest room in my flat in the summer. The dates are quite flexible. It is small but nice, quietly located and furnished with a desk and sofa bed, if necessary we can collect more furniture from the flat. The bed is new, on the photos you still see the old sleeping couch.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room that can be shared.
The flat is on the 5th floor and the stairs are not to be underestimated. But it is nice and quiet up here.
380€ per month.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Nollendorfplatzes, es gibt jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus und U-Bahn sind direkt um die Ecke. Es ist auch ein Viertel mit vielen Bars und Restaurants, um die Ecke ist der Winterfeldplatz mit einem schönen Wochenmarkt.
The flat is close to Nollendorfplatz, there are plenty of shopping facilities, bus and underground are just around the corner. It is also a neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants, around the corner is the Winterfeldplatz with a nice weekly market.
Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite an zwei Tagen die Woche im Home Office. Ich fahre öfter auch mal weg und bin daher unregelmäßig zuhause. Freue mich aber immer über ein nettes Gespräch.
Ich würde mich über eine:n nette:n Mitbewohner:in freuen und bin auch für gemeinsame Unternehmungen oder gemeinsames Essen gerne zu haben. Mir sind Rücksicht aufeinander (auch auf die Wohnung), ein freundliches Miteinander und Offenheit wichtig im Zusammenleben.
Da ich keine Party- oder Nachteule bin, wäre es super, wenn du auch auf der Suche nach einem eher ruhigen Zuhause bist.
I have a job and work from home two days a week. In summer I'm on the road a lot, but I also enjoy spending time at home, especially in winter.
