Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in einer Altbauwohnung (Deckenhöhe 3,70 m) mit 2 Zimmern, Küche und Bad (mit Badewanne und Fenster) im 1. OG mit Fahrstuhl in Berlin Wilmersdorf. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 53 m² groß. Der Raum hat eine Größe von 12 m². Dieser Raum besteht aus zwei Ebenen. Die zweite Ebene mit einer 1,60 m x 2 m großen Matratze kann über eine Leiter erreicht werden. Die Deckenhöhe auf der zweiten Ebene ist immer noch 1,40 m. Zusätzlich dazu gibt es noch außerhalb deines Raumes einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, der ausreichend Platz für deine Klamotten bietet. Ein Kleiderschrank ist deswegen im Zimmer selbst nicht notwendig. Neben der großen Matratze inkl. Bettwäsche enthält der Raum einen Schreibtisch direkt vor dem Fenster. Der Raum ist Anfang 2024 komplett renoviert worden. Zusätzlich zu deinem eigenen Raum gibt es eine komplett neue Wohnküche zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Dort gibt es auch ein kleines Sofa, einen Tisch für mehrere Personen sowie einen Laptop- Arbeitsplatz direkt vor dem Fenster.
I rent a room in an old building apartment (ceiling height 3.70 m) with 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom (with bathtub and window) on the 1st floor with elevator in Berlin Wilmersdorf. The apartment is 53 m² in total. The room has a size of 12 m². This room consists of two levels. The second level with a 1.60 m x 2 m mattress can be reached via a ladder. The ceiling height on the second level is still 1.40 m. In addition, there is a walk-in closet outside your room that offers enough space for your clothes. A wardrobe is therefore not necessary in the room itself. In addition to the large mattress including bed linen, the room contains a desk directly in front of the window. The room was completely renovated at the beginning of 2024. In addition to your own space, there is a completely new eat-in kitchen for shared use. There is also a small sofa, a table for several people and a laptop workstation right in front of the window.
Die Wohnung liegt genau an der Grenze zu Schöneberg nicht weit entfernt vom Bayrischen Platz und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Volkspark Wilmersdorf (300 m). Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße mit einer sehr guten Anbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Die Ubahn Station Berliner Str. mit den Linien U7 und U9 ist zu Fuß in 8 Min. zu erreichen und die Metro Station Rathaus Schöneberg mit der Linie U4 in 9 Minuten. Die U- und S- Bahn Station (S- Bahnring) Bundesplatz ist zu Fuß in 15 Min. zu erreichen.
The apartment is located right on the border with Schöneberg, not far from Bayrisch Platz and in the immediate vicinity of Volkspark Wilmersdorf (300 m). The apartment is located in a very quiet side street with very good connections to public transport. The Berliner Str. metro station with the U7 and U9 lines can be reached on foot in 8 minutes and the Rathaus Schöneberg metro station with the U4 line in 9 minutes. The Bundesplatz subway and S-Bahn station (S-Bahnring) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
Zum geplanten WG- Leben kann ich nicht viel schreiben, da beide Räume meiner Wohnung zum Ende diesen Jahres neu vermietet werden.
I can't write much about the planned shared apartment life, as both rooms in my apartment will be re-let at the end of this year.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (siehe Fotos) und die Küche ist auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Zeitraum der Vermietung beginnt am 01.12.2024 und endet am 01.04.2026. Der Vermietungszeitraum ist zweckgebunden.
