Our lovely WG has been a charming, harmonious home of three women (early to mid-30s- mid 40s) working in the climate and impact space. Sadly our 3rd flat sister is moving back to Copenhagen to be with her husband (understandable!) So the two of us- Natasha (solar cell researcher) and Nadine (impact entrepreneur) are looking for a new flatmate from November 1st.
Our dream flatmate would be the following:
Someone (preferably a woman) who is interesting, emphatic, fun, can be silly but also clean/tidy, and, like us, want to invest in and care for the flat.
We are not just looking for a functional flat share, even though we are also travelling a lot and often do our own things, we would still like to have a feeling of connection and family here. For example, we often share meals and enjoy cozy dinners together, go to the the lakes in the summer or saunas in the winter, or enjoy a coffee and breakfast on the balcony together on the weekends.
We are both vegetarian and would be thrilled to have another vegetarian to join us, although that is not a requirement.
The additional costs (costs above KaltMeite) include Wifi, gas, electricity, apartment upkeep costs, and a cleaner who comes and cleans the flat every two weeks :)
Facts: The room is about 17 sm, the flat 130 sm, 2 full bathrooms, 2 balconies, a very cozy window-bed/seat in the living room (which is perfect for snuggling up and reading a book on winter evenings), very bright, calm and beautiful street.
