Zusätzlich gibt es eine Internetverbindung, die Home Office geeignet ist. Zudem ist die Küche mit allen Utensilien des täglichen Bedarfs ausgestattet. Im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und eine Regendusche.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 550€. Die Kaution liegt bei 750€. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Aktuell ist das Zimmer von September bis ende November verfügbar.

Additionally, there is an internet connection suitable for working from home. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment. The bathroom has a washing machine and a rain shower.
The monthly rent is €550. The security deposit is €750. Registration is not possible. The room is currently available from September until the end of November.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral in Schöneberg. Fußläufig zur S-Bahn Julius-Leber-Brücke, dem Cheruskerpark oder dem Südkreuz Fernbahnhof.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Erdgeschoss Wohnung super ruhig gelegen. Selbst die Parkplatz Situation ist für Berliner Verhältnisse als entspannt zu bezeichen.
Die Hauptstraße ist für einkaufen und flanieren unbegrenzt.
Gorilla ist eine super Bäckerei, für wer eine Köstlichkeit sich gönnen möchte.
Südkreuz hat auch Sonntags und Feiertage für Einkaufen geöffnet, wenn man unter der Woche etwas vergessen hat.

The apartment is centrally located in Schöneberg. It's within walking distance to the Julius-Leber-Brücke S-Bahn station, Cheruskerpark, and the Südkreuz long-distance train station.
Despite the central location, the ground-floor apartment is very quiet. Even the parking situation, by Berlin standards, can be described as relaxed.
The main street is perfect for shopping and strolling.
Gorilla is a great bakery for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a delicious bite.
Südkreuz is also open for shopping on Sundays and public holidays, in case you forget something during the week.
The Schöneberger Südgelände Nature Park brings the forest into the city.
Eine ruhige zu Hause, entspannter für studieren oder Home-Office machen.
In die Wohnung wohnen jetzt schon zwei Frauen. Ich selber wohne nicht da.
Es wird erwartet, dass die Wohnung gut gepflegt bleibt: einfach sauber lassen nach die Benutzung. Einmal pro Monat, soll jeder die gemeinnütziges Fläche sauber machen. Wenige Haushaltsartikel werden wechselnde gekauft: Toilettenpapier, Flüssigseife usw.
Die Bewohnern sind teil eine WhatsApp Gruppe. Die soll für ein gutes Zusammenleben unterstützen.

A quiet home, perfect for studying or working from home.
Currently, two women live in the apartment. I do not live there myself.
It is expected that the apartment is well-maintained: just clean up after use. Once a month, everyone should clean the common areas. A few household items are purchased on a rotating basis: toilet paper, liquid soap, etc.
The residents are part of a WhatsApp group that helps organizing a nice shared living.
