Da ich für zwei Monate reise, vermiete ich mein Zimmer in unserer 2er-WG in Schöneberg unter. Das Zimmer steht dir vom 01.02. bis 30.03. (voraussichtlich) zur Verfügung.
Dein neues Zuhause zur Überbrückung
🛏️ Zimmer:
- ca. 14 m² groß
- Möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch)
- Helles Tageslicht, ruhig zum Innenhof ausgerichtet
🏠 Wohnung:
- 90 m², bestehend aus 3 Zimmern (du mietest eines)
- Gemeinsam genutzte Räume: Küche, Bad
- Ausstattung: Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine
📍 Lage:
- Sehr gute Anbindung: U7 und S1 fußläufig erreichbar, mehrere Buslinien vor der Tür
- Supermärkte, Drogerien und ein Fitnessstudio in Laufnähe
Miete
💰 Kosten: 600 € warm (inkl. Strom, Internet, etc.)
🔑 Kaution: 150 € (wird bei schadensfreier Übergabe komplett zurückerstattet)

Wir sind eine entspannte, unkomplizierte WG, die auch mal gern zusammen in der Küche quatscht oder einen Wein-Käse-Abend macht – je nach dem, wie es zeitlich passt. Ordnung ist uns wichtig, deshalb haben wir einen rotierenden Putzplan. 😊

As I’ll be traveling for two months, I’m subletting my room in our 2-person shared apartment in Schöneberg. The room will be available from February 1st to (approximately) March 30th.
