ich biete ein möbliertes Zimmer in meiner schönen 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 02.02.2025 verfügbar und liegt sehr zentral in Schöneberg, nur 3 Minuten von der S-Bahn Schöneberg. In der Umgebung findest du alles, was du brauchst – von Supermärkten bis zu netten Cafés und Restaurants.
Das Zimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon. Die Küche ist modern und voll ausgestattet, und die Wohnung hat den typischen Altbau-Charme mit hohen Decken. Die Zwischenmiete ist zunächst bis zum 31.07.2025 befristet, aber eine kürzere (oder Verlängerung) Mietdauer ist nach Absprache ebenfalls möglich. In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Heizung, Wasser und Internet inbegriffen.
Mir ist es wichtig, eine vertrauensvolle und verantwortungsbewusste Person zu finden, die sich hier wohlfühlt und sorgsam mit der Wohnung umgeht. Eine Besichtigung vor Ort ist nach Vereinbarung möglich. Alternativ können wir uns auch per Zoom kennenlernen, und ich zeige dir die Wohnung virtuell, beantworte alle Fragen und ich schicke dir gerne Fotos und weitere Details zur Wohnung.

I’m offering a furnished room in my beautiful 2-room Altbau apartment for temporary rent. The apartment will be available starting February 1st, 2025, and is located very centrally in Schöneberg, just a 3-minute walk from S-Bahn Schöneberg. The area has everything you need – supermarkets, cozy cafés, and restaurants all within easy reach.
The room is comfortably furnished and has its own balcony. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and the apartment has the classic Altbau charm with high ceilings. The sublet is initially limited until 31.07.2025, but a shorter (or extended) rental period can be arranged upon agreement. The rent is all-inclusive, covering utilities like electricity, heating, water, and internet.
It’s important to me to find a trustworthy and responsible tenant who will feel at home here and take good care of the apartment. An in-person viewing can be arranged, or alternatively, we can meet via Zoom, where I can show you the apartment virtually, answer any questions, and provide photos and further details.
