Zu Anfang März (ab Mitte Februar ebenso möglich) wird mein Zimmer in einer relativ neuen 3-Zimmer-WG- im 2. OG, in einem schönen Gebäude in Berlin Schöneberg, in direkter Nähe zum Winterfeldplatz frei. Die Wohnung wurde komplett saniert und mein Zimmer wird ohne Ablöse teilmöbliert übergeben (Boxspringbett, Kleiderschrank, Sofa).
Das Badezimmer mit Tageslicht hat einen tollen Spiegelschrank und eine Dusche. Im Bad steht auch eine neue Waschmaschine zur Nutzung bereit. Die Küche besitzt eine neue, vollständige Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, Herd Kühlschrank etc.… also gut geeignet für gemütliche Kochabende. 😉 Im Flur gibt es weiterhin einen großen Spiegel, Schuhschränke und weiteren Stauraum und einen Garderobenschrank.
In der Wohnung gibt es Internet. Die Miete wird als Warmmiete inklusive Nebenkosten, Heizung, Wasser, Strom und Internet angeboten. Es entstehen keine weiteren Kosten.

At the beginning of March (also possible from mid-February) my room will become available in a relatively new 3-room shared apartment on the 2nd floor, in a beautiful building in Berlin Schöneberg, in the immediate vicinity of Winterfeldplatz. The apartment has been completely renovated and my room will be handed over partially furnished (box spring bed, wardrobe, sofa) without any payment. The bathroom with natural light has a great mirror cabinet and a shower. There is also a new washing machine available for use in the bathroom. The kitchen has a new, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.… so well suited for cozy cooking evenings. 😉 In the hallway there is also a large mirror, shoe cabinets and additional storage space and a wardrobe. There is internet in the apartment. The rent is offered as warm rent including additional costs, heating, water, electricity and internet. There are no further costs.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral in Berlin Schöneberg. Zum Nollendorfplatz sind es ca. 5 min zu Fuss, dort hat man die U- Bahnen U1 U2 U3 und U4.
Direkt vorm Haus fährt der Bus 204.
Zur U7 Kleistpark sind es ca. 7min zu Fuß

The apartment is centrally located in Berlin Schöneberg. It's about a 5-minute walk to Nollendorfplatz, where you can take the subways U1, U2, U3 and U4. Bus 204 runs directly in front of the house. It's about a 7-minute walk to the U7 Kleistpark
Boris studiert BWL. In seiner Freizeit engagiert er sich gerne politisch. Emmi absolviert aktuell ein FSJ. In ihrer Freizeit macht sie sehr gerne Sport.
Die Beiden sind sehr ordentliche Mitbewoher*innen und ich habe das Zusammenleben als sehr harmonisch wahrhenommen. :-)

Boris is studying business administration. In his free time he enjoys being politically active. Emmi is currently completing an FSJ. In her free time she enjoys doing sports. The two of them are very good roommates and I found living together to be very harmonious. :-)
