Unsere 4er WG löst sich zu Ende April leider auf. Da ich im April nicht da bin, kann mein Zimmer gemietet werden, allerdings nur für 2-3 Wochen mit spätestem Auszug am 25. April, da wir in der WG noch genügend Zeit für den Umzug zu Ende April benötigen. Der genaue Zeitraum der Miete kann individuell angefragt werden.
Beispiel Zeiträume:
2 Wochen vom 1. bis 14. April
2 Wochen vom 9. bis 22. April
3 Wochen vom 1. bis 21. April
3 Wochen vom 5. bis 25. April
2 Wochen Miete: 450 Euro (Kaution 450 Euro)
3 Wochen Miete: 650 Euro (Kaution 650 Euro)
Das Zimmer hat 18 Quadratmeter und einen großen Loggia Balkon.
Folgende Möbel stehen in dem WG-Zimmer zur Verfügung:
Matratze + Bettwäsche
Kommode oder Kleiderstange
Schreibtisch + Schreibtischstuhl
Die WG besteht aus zwei Etagen. Im oberen Bereich findest du eine offene Wohnküche mit Essbereich, Wohnbereich und Balkon. Eine Treppe führt hinunter zu den WG-Zimmern.

Our shared apartment is dissolving at the end of April. Die WG löst sich zwar auf, dennoch wirst du mit lieben Menschen zusammenwohnen, denen es wichtig ist, sich wohl zu fühlen. Deshalb wäre es wichtig, dass du zur Besichtigung vorbeikommst.
