Es handelt sich um ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer wunderschönen 2,5-Raum Wohnung in Schöneberg. Zentrale Lage, tolle Wohnung, gehobene Ausstattung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. (Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucher WG)
Das Zimmer ist neuwertig möbliert, ziemlich groß, sehr hell und sehr ruhig. Die Möblierung der Wohnung ist trendiger Ikea Style, alles chic, alles modern. (siehe aktuelle Bilder) Es gibt einen Holzdielenboden im Zimmer wie auch im Flur und im Esszimmer.
Das Gemeinschaftszimmer, Badezimmer (Duschbad) und die Küche teilst Du Dir mit einer sehr symptatischen berufstätigen Person (Frau/Mann), die ebenfalls in der WG lebt, daher auch Co–Living–Concept. Co–Living kann die Horizonte erweitern und deine Berliner Zeit unvergesslich machen.
Alle Räume sind möbliert und voll ausgestattet.
Die Einbauküche bietet alles was Du brauchst. Natürlich ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden und sogar einen Geschirrspüler hat die Wohnung!
Das alles ist zwar nicht ganz billig, aber dafür bekommst Du auch einiges geboten. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt monatlich 665 Euro. In diesem Betrag sind ebenfalls die Kosten für Bettzeug, Kabel-TV, die GEZ und Internet enthalten. Strom und Wasser natürlich auch.
My Brother and I have developed a concept for short term living in Berlin (from 6 months on). We offer a room in a beautiful brand new renovated, modern 2 1/2 room apartment in Berlin-Schöneberg. It is a “Non-Smoking” apartment.
The ready-furnished room is quite large, very quiet and bright, as the flat is on the 3rd floor. The Ikea style furniture (bed, desk, cupboard etc.) is new, very chic and modern - equipped with a flatscreen, if you like. Your room and the other rooms have a wooden floor, apart from the kitchen and the bathroom.
There is a common room – also ready furnished – equipped with a dining table and chairs, where you can have meals and meet your flat mate.
You will have to share the bathroom and kitchen with your flat mate, who rents the other room of the apartment. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped (fridge, stove, washing machine, dishwasher etc.).
Mon frère et moi avons développé un concept pour vivre à court terme à Berlin à partir de 6 mois. Nous pouvons te proposer une chambre dans un bel appartement moderne entièrement rénové, qui a trois pièces. L’appartement fait 60 m2 et est situé au cœur du quartier Berlin Schöneberg. C’est un appartement non-fumeur!
La chambre meublée est grande, lumineuse et calme au 3ème étage. Les meubles style Ikea (lit, bureau, étagère, armoire, etc.) sont nouveaux, très chics et modernes – équipé avec une télé, si tu veux. Toutes les chambres disposent de plancher en bois à part la cuisine et la salle de bains.
Il y a une salle de séjour– aussi meublée – équipée avec un canapé, une table et des chaises où tu peux manger ou retrouver ta colocataire.
La cuisine, la salle de séjour et la salle de bains que tu dois partager avec une colocataire. Ils/elle veut une colocataire calme parce qu’elle doit travailler presque chaque jour.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée (frigo, four, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, etc.)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Bayerischen Viertel, nähe der U-Bahnstation Bayerischer Platz. Hier hast Du 2 Linien zur Auswahl und kannst schnell zum Potsdamer Platz oder zum Alex kommen. Zum Bahnhof Zoo kannst Du via Kudamm mit dem Bus M 46 fahren. Berlin Südkreuz (DB Bahnhof) ist ebenfalls in 10 Min. erreichbar. Supermärkte gibt es in der nahen Umgebung.
Zu Fuß läufst Du etwa 8 Minuten bis zum Akazien Kiez oder 10 Minuten bis zur beliebten Golzstraße. Hier findest Du Cafés, Restaurants und Shops aller Art. Der Volkspark (große Liegewiesen und tolle Joggingstrecke) ist auch nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Besser kann man kaum Wohnen. Die Gegend ist auch Abends sehr sicher und ungefährlich.
The apartment is located near U-Bahn Bayerischer Platz, where you can choose between two lines to get to Potsdamer Platz or Alexander Platz. The Bus M 46 is going to Bahnhof Zoo via Kudamm. Supermarkets are very near.
You will reach Akazienstraße and Golzstraße within 8 or 10 minutes by feet, where you can find plenty of cafes and restaurants. If you are up to some sports, the Volkspark is only 4 minutes away for a nice run.
L’appartement est près de U-Bahn-station Bayerischer Platz. Il y a deux lignes de métro à choisir pour aller à Potsdamer Platz ou Alexander Platz. Il y a aussi le bus No. M 46 pour aller à Kudamm et au Bahnhof Zoo. On trouve des supermarchés et autres commerces à proximité.
Dans ce quartier il y a plein de cafés et de restaurants à bon prix qui se trouvent dans les rues Akazienstraße et Golzstraße, accessible en 8 ou 10 minutes à pied.
Es handelt sich um ein sehr geräumige und wunderschöne 2,5-Raum Wohnung in Berlin-Schöneberg. Mein Bruder und ich haben dort ein WG-Projekt für junge Berufstätige bzw. Studenten entwickelt. Es gibt ja in Berlin kaum annehmbare „Wohnen auf Zeit“ Angebote. Entweder ist alles sehr einfach und billig ausgestattet oder zum Teil sehr schmuddelig. Aber hier ist die Alternative. Zentrale Lage, tolle Wohnung, gehobene Ausstattung. Die Wohnung ist ganz neu renoviert. Es gibt keine Drogenkriminalität im Viertel.
Das andere Zimmer ist an eine sehr sympathische (berufstätige) Person (Frau/Mann) vermietet. Mit ihr teilst Du Küche und Bad. Manchmal bin ich selbst ne Woche in Berlin und nutze das 3. Zimmer. Leider schaffe ich es nicht so häufig nach Berlin. (Es geht immer lustig zu in der WG)
Die Anmeldung unter dieser Anschrift ist nach dem Meldegesetz vorgeschrieben und obligatorisch.
Einzige Bedingung: Die Wohnung muss immer sauber und ordentlich sein. Es handelt sich um eine Business WG. Alle arbeiten und müssen teilweise früh raus.
For a reasonable price you get great value. For only 645-- € per month is included electricity , water, heating, Cable TV, GEZ, even WLAN.
One final notice: We expect that you always keep the flat clean. Together with your flat mate please ensure that you arrange for cleaning the whole apartment once a week.
Pour un prix raisonnable, vous avez une grande valeur. Le loyer est de € 645 /mois tout compris (chauffage, électricité, télé, Rundfunkbeitrag et aussi la WIFI) ou € 660 /mois pour le chambre avec un balcon.
Une dernière recommandation: nous attendons que vous gardiez l’appartement propre. Avec votre colocataire, assurez-vous de nettoyer l’appartement une fois par semaine.
