ich vermiete mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim für 3 Monate. Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß und vollmöbliert (Schreibtisch, Bett, Schrank, etc.). Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Neben diesem Zimmer gibt es im Haus noch 9 weitere Wohnräume, Bäder, eine Küche, eine Waschküche und Gemeinschaftsräume.
Die Lage ist perfekt! Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt (PENNY, EDEKA 24h, LIDL). Das Europa Center und viele Ärzte sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Für Studenten der TU ist das Zimmer besonders attraktiv, da der Campus nur 3 Haltestellen entfernt ist. Die U-Bahn-Linien U1, U2, U3 und U4 sind in 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ansonsten ist die Nachbarschaft sehr cool, mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Der Gleisdreieckpark und der Rudolph-Wilde-Park sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

I am renting out my room in a student dormitory for 3 months. The room is approximately 13 sqm and fully furnished (desk, bed, wardrobe, etc.). It has everything you need.

Es ist ein sehr schöner Studentenwohnheim mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen. Die Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und freundlich.
