In unserer WG wird ein möbliertes 17m großes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete vom 05.03.2025 bis mindestens 31.05.2025 frei (eventuell verlängerbar verlängerbar). Das Zimmer ist rechteckig, hell und möbliert mit Bett, Beistelltisch, Schrank, Schreibtisch sowie Stuhl. Zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung verfügt die Wohnung, neben Küche und Bad mit Badewanne, über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit TV und Balkon. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

We are subletting a 17sqm furnished room in a nice flat in Schöneberg from 05.03.2025 until 31.05.2025 at least (eventually available for longer). The room is rectangular, bright and has a bed, a side table, a closet, a desk, and a chair. The flat has a bathroom with a tub, a kitchen with a washing machine and a big living room with a big TV and a balcony that you will be sharing with me, Nadia (29).
Die Wohnung liegt in Schöneberg, direkt am Ring und somit sehr praktisch und zentral. Die Wohnung liegt 5mn Laufweg entfernt vom Innsbrucker Platz. Somit sind Anbindungs- (Ring + S-Bahn + U4 + Busse) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Lidl, Penny).

The flat is located in Schöneberg, on the Ring, 5mn walk away from Innsbrucker Platz, so a practical and central location. Public Transport (Ring + S-Bahn + U4 + Bus) and supermarkets (Lidl, Penny) are just around the corner (5mn walk).
Du wirst die WG mit mir teilen. Ich bin Nadia, bin 29 Jahre alt und studiere Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der TU Berlin. Ich schreibe gerade meine Masterarbeit und arbeite auch Teilzeit.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Ab und zu wird zusammen gekocht oder auch bei einem Kaffee gern ausgetauscht. Unsere Wohnung bietet sich mit dem großen Wohnzimmer auch für Film- oder Spielabende an. Natürlich kann man auch jederzeit seine Tür schließen und seine Ruhe haben.

You will be sharing the flat with me, Nadia (29). I'm studying Industrial Engineering and management (Master) at the TU Berlin and writing my master thesis at the moment. I am also working part time.
Our WG-Life is nice and uncomplicated. From time to time, we enjoy cooking something together and talking around a cup of coffee in our living room, which is also perfect for a movie night or game night. Of course, one can always go to their room to enjoy some alone-time.
Das Zimmer wird nur an Nichtraucher vermietet. Es wird viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung gelegt und erwartet, dass sich rücksichtvoll verhält.
Die Miete beträgt 660€/ pro Monat und beinhaltet alle Kosten (Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Internet, GEZ). Eine Kaution in Höhe von 1000€ ist außerdem fällig. (185 € für den Schreibtisch, den Nachttisch und seinen Anteil am Fernseher.)
Da mein jetziger Mitbewohner mit seiner Freundin zusammenzieht, möchte er die Möbel verkaufen. Diese kannst du natürlich beim Auszug an deine/n Nachfolger/in weitergeben.

The room is only for non-smokers. Cleanliness and Tidiness are very important for us.
The rent is 660€/month and includes all expenses (Water, Electricity, Heating, Internet and GEZ). The Deposit is 1000€.
Since my current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend, he would like to sell the furniture (185€ for desk, night table and his share of the TV). Of course, you can pass it on to your successor when you move out.
