wir verreisen und vermieten daher unsere gesamte Wohnung an eine Person oder ein Paar unter. Wir sind noch im Prozess die Wohnung und vor allem die Küche einzurichten - daher werden sich bestimmt einige Dinge noch ändern. :)
Wir suchen eine zuverlässige und ordentliche Person.
Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhöhrig zu den Nachbarn - daher muss man darauf Rücksicht nehmen und keine Partys oder ähnliches beranstalten.
