This brightly lit 2-bedroom apartment is designed in a modern style with spacious rooms and a sleek kitchen. Hausgeld, electricity, gas, heating and wifi are all included in the rent. You will be sharing the flat with a young friendly and cheerful lady. The room is fully furnished with a high quality walnut wood double-bed, bookcase, wide sliding door wardrobe and table-chair set. The kitchen is also fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, plenty of appliances, cutlery and crockery. There is a keller downstairs to store larger equipment/luggages.
This property is located in Berlin's Central Spandau district (next to Spandau Citadel). From this property there are great connection links with public transport that can take you to Berlin's major shopping district Kürfürstendamm in 30 minutes. It also only takes 5 minutes by bus to Spandau Bahnhof/Train Station (bus-stop right below the property), where there are U7, S3 and S9, as well as immediate connections to other cities by ICE and regional trains.
You can find 4 supermarkets 5 minutes away from the property (REWE, Penny, Netto, Lidl), so you can get your groceries easily and hassle free. If you ever might need a break, just take a walk along the Havel waterfront and enjoy the sun setting over the wide river.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, easy-going, tidy and is a non-smoker :) The current flatmate can speak English and some basic German. The rental term is fixed for the first 4 months and may be terminated by either party with a 2-month notice afterwards. Anmeldung can be done.
