We have a one wonderful bedroom in shared apartment, a well equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom free. Your room has wooden floorboards on the ceiling. The great typical Berlin old building charm.
BEDROOM: The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, wardrobe, writing desk with desk lamp and a desk chair on wheels, dresser, carpet, sofa, coffee table, curtains... Your bedroom has a private balcony.
KITCHEN: In the kitchen you find a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a kettle, plates, pots, cutlery, glasses and and many more things to cook.
BATHROOM: There is also a newly renovated bathroom with bathtub and a new washing machine.
WIFI: The WIFI is already activated and you can use it.
ANMELDUNG: With registration (ANMELDUNG). You can have Anmeldung with this apartment!
ANIMALS: No pets allowed!

The apartment is within walking distance of the Free University in Berlin-Zehlendorf center in the immediate vicinity of the Teltower Damm / Clayallee shopping streets. The FU can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes, by bike in 5-10 minutes. Various bus lines are almost on the doorstep.
The Zehlendorf S-Bahn station is just a few minutes' walk away. From there it is approx. 20-30 minutes to Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburg Gate, Friedrichstrasse.
A variety of shops, restaurants and cultural facilities are within walking distance in the center of Zehlendorf. Nearby REWE and Edeka stores are open until late at night. Sports, wellness, leisure and relaxation opportunities can be found 5-10 minutes away on foot or in the nearby Grunewald and Wannsee.
Students from different countries live in the shared flat. We are between 20 and 27 years old. We all speak English alongside our mother tongue.
We are looking for roommates who are clean and who keep also their room and common areas clean.
As a roommate, you also have a responsibility to others.
The apartment is well equipped. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave, among other things. The landlord also provides WiFi. Of course there is also a stove, an oven and a refrigerator.
