Die Wohnung bietet modernen Komfort: Highspeed-Internet, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Ein zweites Bad mit Dusche wird im März 2025 zur Verfügung stehen, sodass sich zwei Mitbewohner ein Bad teilen.

A bright and spacious 21m² room is available in this 4-bedroom shared apartment.
The room has been freshly renovated, with newly painted walls and new flooring. It is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, desk, TV, and a cozy sofa – stylish and functional at the same time.
The apartment offers modern comforts: high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A second bathroom with a shower will be available in March 2025, so two roommates will share a bathroom.

Die WG liegt im Fliegerviertel im Bezirk Tempelhof-Schöneberg. Nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich das Tempelhofer Feld, ein ehemaliger Flughafen, der heute als riesiger Park dient. Auf über 300 Hektar gibt es Lauf-, Rad- und Skatewege, Picknickflächen und viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Supermärkte (Rewe, Penny, Aldi) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Manfred-von Richthofen-Str. läd mit ihren Cafes und Geschäften zum Verweilen ein. Außerdem erreicht man die beliebte Bergmannstr. mit zahlreichem kulinarischen Optionen in gut 5 min. mit dem Fahhrad/E-Scooter.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel:
Der Tempelhofer Bahnhof (S41/S42 Ringbahn) ist fußläufig erreichbar und bietet schnelle Verbindungen in die Stadt. Der U-Bahnhof Paradestraße (U6) bringt dich in ca. 10 Minuten ins Zentrum (Checkpoint Charlie). Mehrere Buslinien z. B. der 140er Richtung Alexanderplatz stehen zur Verfügung.

Spanning over 300 hectares, it offers running, cycling, and skating paths, picnic areas, and plenty of recreational opportunities. Supermarkets (Rewe, Penny, Aldi) are within walking distance. Manfred-von-Richthofen-Str. invites you to relax with its cafes and shops. In addition, the popular Bergmannstr. with numerous culinary options is just about 5 minutes away by bike or e-scooter.
Public transport: Tempelhof Station (S41/S42 Ringbahn) is within walking distance and offers quick connections to the city. The Paradestraße U-Bahn station (U6) will take you to the city center (Checkpoint Charlie) in about 10 minutes. Several bus lines, such as the 140 to Alexanderplatz, are also available.
Car & parking: There are plenty of parking spaces (resident parking), and the A100 is easily accessible. Perfect for commuters or frequent drivers!
