We are looking for someone to join our Tech community!
This is for anyone who is founding or working in a startup and who feels that it's important to them to be surrounded by kind people who work on similar topics.
We have an entire house with three separate flats and a cozy garden, perfect for community living.
Our flat is an ideal home for those who enjoy living in a community and spending time together but also focus on work and other ambitious projects.
Each flat is fully furnished, featuring a separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1x large, 1x small (toilet and sink)), and living room, totaling approximately 110 sqm. The garden is well-equipped with plants, pallet seats, a BBQ for summer, and an ice bath for winter.
Your room is on the 2nd floor, beautifully furnished, and you’ll be sharing the flat with Tobi and one other person that will move in at the same time. Both bedrooms in this rental offer are available. In total there are 3 shared flats with 3 people each in our community house. All of us strive to keep our apartments clean and tidy to keep a welcoming atmosphere for ourselves and guests.

Tempelhof is one of Berlin's greenest areas, with numerous parks perfect for a morning walk along the river. Numerous Supermarkets ("German" & Asian) are conveniently located just across the street, only a 1-minute walk away.
Additionally, there’s a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants right next to our house, offering a variety of dining and shopping options.
The U6 station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing quick access to the city center.
In short, everything we need is right at our doorstep.
We established this community in 2021, and everything is still fresh and newly renovated. You'll be sharing a flat with two others on the 2nd floor, fostering a closer shared living experience.
The entire house operates as a community. You'll quickly get to know everyone through shared lunches and various activities, if you wish.
Our house is designed to feel like a cozy home where everyone truly belongs. We believe in being open and appreciating all perspectives without judgment. We embrace the power of diversity and support everyone, regardless of cultural heritage, whom they love, or what they believe in.

Tobi (Your flatmate)
is a medical doctor, who worked in different Healthtech startups during medical school. After graduating he worked in stategy consulting for a while and is currently looking to get back into healthcare or Healthtech. In his freetime he loves volunteering (Hi-Med, VICTOR Lübeck e.V.), reading, cooking, doing all sorts of outdoor activities (Campervan tours, bikepacking), and going to the gym.

Your second flatmate will move in at the same time. We're currently looking for 2 people to join our community!
Ludovica
is a kind and enthusiastic technical lead in her own (DEEPSKINAI) startup. She originally arrived in Berlin for an Erasmus Program and then stayed here. In her free time she loves to read, draw and do sports of any kind.
Ludo
is a co-founder of a Berlin-based startup that develops a no-code solution for iOS development. She grew up in the North of Italy and is into gaming, art, and design.
Ali
Data scientist, working in a project helping to connect neighbourhoods activities; Genius cook of food; Loves books and hiking.
Julian
Loves techno music and is also doing lots of sports (mostly fitness), mixes some techno, and likes to watch anime. Mindfulness and growth are important things to him. He works as a creator who helps men to become more mindful lovers and better partners.
Tristan
She currently works at the Robert-Koch-Institute. When she’s not working she likes to go the gym, play card games, dance and hang out with friends
Anton
is a founder of his own AI-focused software development startup (kubion GmbH). Anton loves to play board games and the violin (that he used to play in a rock band).
The deposit is equivalent to two months' rent.
