in meiner WG sind ab sofort drei Zimmer verfügbar. Die Zimmer sind zwischen 16 und 14 qm groß und gut geschnitten. Die Preisspanne für die Zimmer liegt zwischen 750 und 800€. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die 50 qm große Wohnküche, welche sich zum Austausch oder gemeinsamen kochen anbietet. Insgesamt beträgt die gemeinsam nutzbare Fläche ca 80 qm. Die Wohnung wurde gerade komplett renoviert, sodass du ein ganz frisches Zimmer beziehen kannst. Wir haben uns von fast allen Möbeln getrennt, deswegen ist die Wohnung momentan noch grösstenteils unmöbliert - siehe Bilder - sodass du es ganz nach deinen Wünschen gestalten kannst. Mit etwas Vorlaufzeit ließe sich auch einer Möblierung arrangieren. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im Hinterhof, ist schön hell und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Potsdamer Platz, Tiergarten und Park am Gleisdreieck entfernt. Dear all, three rooms are available in my shared apartment as of now. The rooms are between 14 and 16 sqm and have a good layout. The price range for the rooms is between €750 and €800. The highlight of the apartment is the 50 sqm kitchen/living area, which is perfect for socializing or cooking together. The total shared living space is approximately 80 sqm. The apartment has just been completely renovated, so you’ll be moving into a brand-new room. We got rid of almost all the furniture, so the apartment is currently mostly unfurnished – see pictures – giving you the freedom to design it however you like. With some advance notice, we could also arrange for some furniture. The apartment is quiet, located in a courtyard, is nice and bright, and just a few minutes’ walk from Potsdamer Platz, Tiergarten, and Gleisdreieck Park. Die Wohnlage nahe dem Potsdamer Platz ist perfekt um alle Bezirke der Stadt schnell zu erreichen. Am Potsdamer Platz gibt es eine Fernverkehrsanbindung, außerdem sind die U1, U2 und U3 fußläufig zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Tür fährt der Bus M29 und in zwei Minuten erreichst du den M48. Am Potsdamer Platz gibt es eigentlich alles - Kultur, Shopping, Essen etc. Von der Wohnung aus sind es auch nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Tiergarten - perfekt für Sport oder zur Erholung.

Gewünscht ist ein entspanntes und ordentliches Zusammenleben, bei dem Sauberkeit nicht zu kurz kommt. Du solltest offen und direkt kommunizieren können, sodass ein harmonisches Zusammenleben möglich ist. Alle Modelle außer Party-WG sind möglich. Du solltest Toleranz und Verständnis ggü. deinen Mitbewohner*innen aufbringen können, aber auch nicht eingeschnappt sein wenn dich jemand bittet dein Geschirr oder Ähnliches wegzuräumen.
A relaxed and tidy living environment is desired, where cleanliness is not neglected. You should be able to communicate openly and directly, so that harmonious living is possible. All living arrangements are welcome, except for a party flatshare. You should be tolerant and understanding towards your roommates, but also not take offense if someone asks you to clean up your dishes or something similar.
Warum WG Neugründung? Meine langjährigen Mitbewohner sind vor kurzem ausgezogen da sich ihre Lebenssituationen verändert haben. Auch ich wohne mittlerweile mit meiner Freundin und unseren zwei Kindern woanders. Da die Wohnung mit ihrer Größe ideal für uns ist, wenn die Kinder erstmal größer sind, möchten wir die Wohnung gerne behalten. Bis es jedoch soweit ist freuen wir uns wenn ihr in der Zwischenzeit die Wohnung mit Leben füllt. Ich werde in der Wohnung ein Zimmer behalten, welches meine Freundin und ich gelegentlich zum arbeiten nutzen werden. Aber insgesamt werden wir eher selten da sein. Eure Miete würden wir erstmal auf ein knappes Jahr befristen, allerdings halte ich es für wahrscheinlich dass wir die aktuelle Wohnsituation noch länger beibehalten werden, sodass eine Veränderung, wenn gewünscht, sehr realistisch ist.
Hier nochmal die generellen Anforderungen: Sicheres Einkommensverhältnis, zuverlässig, ordentlich, und ruhiges Zusammenleben schätzend. Keine Party-WG, dieses Modell hatten wir in der Wohnung lange genug. Wir haben viel Liebe in die Renovierung der Wohnung gesteckt und hoffen dass der Zustand die kommenden Jahre weitgehend erhalten bleibt.

Why a new flatshare? My long-term roommates recently moved out due to changes in their personal lives. I now live with my girlfriend and our two children elsewhere. Since the apartment is ideally suited for us once the children are older, we would like to keep it. In the meantime, however, we would love for you to bring life into the apartment. I will keep one room in the apartment, which my girlfriend and I will occasionally use for work. But overall, we will rarely be there. Your lease will initially be limited to just under a year, but I believe it’s quite likely that we’ll continue our current living arrangement for longer, so an extension is very realistic if desired.
Here are the general requirements: stable income, reliability, tidiness, and an appreciation for a peaceful living environment. This is not a party flatshare – we’ve had that model in the apartment for long enough. We put a lot of care into renovating the apartment and hope to maintain its condition for the coming years.
