Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm und hell.
Es ist möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderständer, Kommode und Regale (auf Wünsch mit kleinen Tisch und Stuhl). Alles wird geleert damit Du genug Raum hast. Die Miete mit allem beträgt 550€.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.02.25 frei. Ich möchte es gerne bis 30.04 untermieten. Eventuell bis Ende Mai.
Es gibt alles was man braucht: Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, usw.

The room is about 15m2.
It has a double bed, 3 shelves, a clothes rack and a dresser. It has big windows and lots of light. I’ll take my stuff so you can put yours. If needed I can put a little table and a chair too. The rent is 550 all inclusive.
The room is available from the 1st. of February until the end of April, and possibly the end of May.
You can find all you need in the apartment: dishwasher, vacuum machine, washing machine, toaster, and so on.
S-Bahn Baumschulenweg - ca. 10min zu Fuß.
Bushaltestelle M41, 265 und 170 3min zu Fuß.
S-Bahn Sonnenallee: 10Min mit dem Fahrrad.
Falls man feiern mag Neukölln, Kreuzberg und Friedrichshain sind ganz nah.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Nähe.
Die HTW ist auch sehr nah.

The sbahn Station Baumschulenweg is 10min walking.
And the bus stops for the buses M41 (direction Neukölln, Kreuberg, Hbf), 265 direction Mitte or Schöneweide and 170 direction Steglitz are 3min away.

Die Wohnung hat eine größe Küche wo man chillen kann. Ansonsten gibt es zwei Balkone und einen schönen Garten nur für die Bewohner des Hauses. Die Zimmer sind gut getrennt und deshalb eignet sich die Wohnung bestens für eine WG.
Du wirst Dich die Wohnung mit einer berufstätigen Frau teilen (35J). Sie ist tagsüber nicht da. Es ist eher eine sehr freundliche Zweck-WG.

The apartment has two balconies and there is also a nice garden. There is a big kitchen and the rooms are separated by the bathroom, so it is quite good for a WG.
You will be sharing the apartment with a woman (35) who works in full time. It’s more of a quiet place, very friendly but each on her his own stuff.
I am planing the visit this weekend
