ich verreise für einen Monat und suche für die Zeit ein*e Untermieter*in für mein Zimmer. Du kannst das Zimmer auch für weniger als den ganzen Zeitraum mieten (aber bitte mind. 2 Wochen :>).
Da die andere Person in der WG trans ist, suche ich eine FLINTA* Person für das Zimmer.
Zum Zimmer: es hat ein Hochbett und ist daher sehr geräumig, außerdem auch komplett möbliert (Sofa, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode). 2 große Fenster gehen zum Hinterhof raus.

I am going travelling for a month and I'm looking for a subtenant for my room for this time. You can also rent for a shorter period (but at least 2 weeks pls :>).
The other person in the apartment is trans, therefore I am looking for a FLINTA* person for my room.
The room has a hochbett which make it very spacious, it is also completely furnished (couch, closet, desk, drawer). 2 large windows look to the backyard.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Hinterhaus in der Karl-Kunger-Str. in Alt-Treptow. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, die nächste S-Bahn-Station ist Treptower Park. Supermärkte sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, außerdem gibt es Spätis, Bars, Cafes, etc. in der Straße.

The flat is in a backhouse in Karl-Kunger-Str. in Alt-Treptow. There is a bus stop directly in front of the door, the closest S-Bahn is Treptower Park. Grocery stores a 2 minutes away by foot, and there are spätis, bars, cafes, etc. in the same street.
Du lebst mit Luisa (29) zusammen, die ebenfalls erst vor kurzem eingezogen ist.
