Wir wohnen zurzeit zu dem Zeitpunkt dann zu zweit in der Wohnung diese ist 110 m2 groß. Zu dem Zimmer dazu kommen ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche, Abstellraum und Bad mit Badewanne. Das Zimmer das wir hier vermieten ist 12m2 groß und ist möbliert mit Hochbett. Wichtig auch, wir haben für den Monat eine Katze zu Hause auf die wir aufpassen.
Der Preis des Zimmers beträgt 500 Euro. für den Monat

At the moment there are two of us living in the apartment, which is 110 m2 in size. In addition to the room there is a large living room, a large kitchen, storage room and bathroom with bathtub. The room we are renting here is 12 m2 and a high bed.. Also important, on this month we have a cat in our home for the month of august.
The price of the room is 500 euros per month.
Sehr gut angebunden und Zentral, zwei Minuten zur Ringbahn, sowie u6. Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Sprengelkiez wo kleine Cafés, gute Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind.

Well connected, two minutes to the Ringbahn and u6. The bus stops right outside the door. The apartment is right on the Sprengelkiez where there are small cafés, good food and shopping facilities.
Wir arbeiten beide Vollzeit, als Sozialarbeiterin und Graphic Designerin. Wichtig ist uns das es einen Respektvollen Umgang gibt, gerne mal quatschen oder einen Wein in der Küche, es ist aber gar kein muss und jede Person macht ihr/sein Ding. Es ist sehr ordentlich in den Gemeinschaftsräumen und das wäre uns wichtig das das so eingehalten wird das alle sich wohl fühlen.
Homophobie, Rassismus etc. sind bei uns gar nicht willkommen.

We both work full-time, as a social worker and graphic designer. It's important to us that we treat each other with respect, like to have a chat or a glass of wine in the kitchen, but it's not a must and each person does his/her own thing. It is very tidy in the communal areas and it is important to us that this is maintained so that everyone feels comfortable.
