I am looking for a flatmate for a shared flat in Wedding. The flat is located near the underground station Nauner Platz, with good connections to the Ring and also to the S-Bahn Wedding. The flat consists of three rooms, a nice large, fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. The room is 20 square metres in size, with a bed, desk, Dresser and clothes rack, with two windows that let in plenty of sunlight. Non-smokers please :).
The room can be rented from 24 September 1-6 months (with the possibility of extension).

The room is 20 mq. It is rented furnished. 1x bed (with mattress 140x200), 1 x bedside table, 1 x desk, 1 x chest of drawers, 1 x hanging rod for clothes, 1x chair.
The flat is about 80 square metres in total, has a large kitchen and bathroom, also with bathtub. The rent includes all costs (including internet use, electricity, gas, water, heating).
The rent is 750 euro
The flat is very conveniently located, the underground station Nauener Platz (U9) can be reached in 3 minutes on foot and you are then in 15 minutes at the underground / S-Bahn station Zoologischer Garten, the S-bhf Wedding can be reached in 8-10 minutes on foot and also various bus lines and the U6 and U8. There are also many shopping facilities here
The room is available from 21 September and can be rented for 1 to 6 months (with the possibility of extension).
