Ich habe ein Studenten-Zimmer zur Untervermietung in Wedding (Amrumer Str.) verfügbar, ohne Anmeldung. Es ist ein schönes modernes Gebäude, das 2019 erbaut wurde. Das Schlafzimmer ist 11 Quadratmeter groß, und du teilst das Badezimmer mit zwei anderen Studenten. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt sechs andere Studenten (drei Mädchen und drei Jungen), die sich die große Küche und das gemeinsame Zimmer teilen. Sie befindet sich im 2. Stock und hat einen Aufzug. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe, mit U6 und U9 in 5 Minuten und der Tram M13 direkt vor der Tür. Mehrere Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Rehberger Park und der Plötzensee sind nur 3-7 Minuten entfernt. Die Miete beträgt 420 €/Monat, inklusive aller Kosten (High-Speed-Internet, Heizung, Strom und Wasser).
Die minimale Untervermietungsdauer ist von Mitte Oktober 2024 bis Dezember 2025, kann aber bis September 2025 verlängert werden.

I have a student room available for sublet in wedding (amrumer str.) its without Anmeldung. Its a beautiful modern building built in 2019. The bedroom is 11 sq meters big, and you share the bathroom 2 other students. The apartment itself has 6 other students (3 girls and 3 guys) who share the big kitchen and common room. Its on the 2nd floor and has an elevator. Public transport is readily available with U6 and U9 5 mins away and tram M13 right outside the door. Several bus-stops as well. Rehberger park and plotzensee are just 3-7 min away. The rent is 420/month including everything (high-speed internet, heating, electricity, and water).
Minimum sublet duration from Mid Oktober 2024 till December 2025 but possible upto September 2025.
