Meine Freundin macht ein 6-monatiges Praktikum in Wien, weshalb ich für diese Zeit in unserer gemeinsamen Wohnung einen Untermieter suche. Das Zimmer ist circa 13qm groß und teilweise möbiliert. Da ich normalerweise mit meiner Freundin hier wohne, werde ich noch einiges herumräumen müssen, weswegen bspw. das Bett nicht im Zimmer bleibt. An sich ist das Zimmer aber sehr vorteilhaft geschnitten, sodass Bett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch problemlos reinpassen :)
Voll ausgestattete Küche sowie Bad sind natürlich auch vorhanden!

My girlfriend is doing a 6-month internship in Vienna, which is why I am looking for a lodger in our shared flat for this time. The room is about 13 square metres in size and partly furnished. As I normally live here with my girlfriend, I will have to do some tidying up, which is why, for example, the bed won't stay in the room. However, the room itself is very favourably laid out so that the bed, wardrobe and desk will fit in without any problems :)
Of course, there is also a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom!
Die Wohnung ist an einer eher wenig befahrenen Straße gelegen und aufgrund der Lage im Hinterhaus, bekommt man wenig Straßenlärm mit. Fußläufig problemlos zu erreichen ist die Ringbahn, U6, U9 und diverse Buslinien! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich auch genügend in der Umgebung. Großer Vorteil ist auch, dass sich die Wohnung im obersten Geschoss befindet, sodass es keinen Krach von oben gibt! Diverse Restaurants und Bars sind auch vorhanden :)

The flat is located on a rather quiet street and due to its location in the rear building, there is little street noise. The Ringbahn, U6, U9 and various bus lines are within easy walking distance! There are also plenty of shopping facilities in the neighbourhood. Another big advantage is that the flat is on the top floor, so there is no noise from above! Various restaurants and bars are also available :)
Ich bin 26 Jahre alt, studiere und arbeite nebenbei. Da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete in der gemeinsamen Wohnung von mir und meiner Freundin handelt, ist es mir sehr wichtig, dass respektvoll und ordentlich mit der Wohnung ungegangen wird. Ich lege viel wert auf Sauberkeit, da ich mich in meiner Wohnung wohl fühlen möchte. Ansonsten würde ich mich freuen, wenn man gemeinsam auch mal auf ein lecker Bierchen rausgehen würde oder zusammen Fußball guckt! Ich koche sehr gerne, mache gerne Sport (McFit in der Nähe) und bin gerne in Restaurants, Cafes und Bars unterwegs. Der Feier-Typ bin ich eher nicht so. Ich schreibe zur Zeit an meiner Bachelorarbeit und versuche einen relativ geregelten Tagesablauf zu haben, deswegen wäre es passend, wenn du zur Zeit auch Uni, Arbeit, Praktikum oder sonst was durchziehst!

I am 26 years old, study and work part-time. As this is an interim tenancy in the flat shared by me and my girlfriend, it is very important to me that the flat is treated respectfully and tidily. I attach great importance to cleanliness, as I want to feel comfortable in my flat. Apart from that, I would be happy to go out together for a tasty beer or to watch football together! I like to cook, do sports (McFit nearby) and enjoy going out to restaurants, cafés and bars. I'm not really the party type. I'm currently writing my bachelor's thesis and try to have a relatively regular daily routine, so it would be suitable if you're also doing university, work, an internship or something else at the moment!
