The room is half furnished but you will have the basics. It's 17 sqm but still large enough. The location is still a great deal in relation to the price. The Leopold Platz is 8 minutes by walk and the U9 Nauener Platz is just 5. Also Tram lines 13 and 50, SBahn one stop from Leopold Platz. Supermarkets, gym, bars and plenty of nice restaurants and cute hidden coffee places add charm to the location.
The kitchen and bathroom are to be shared with the second person in the WG who is a female worker doing home office.
There is also a balcony which is shared and where smoking is allowed. There is no real WG life but everyone must be respectful and clean after each themselves, the WG people must clean every weekend or as agreed, but weekly cleaning is mandatory. THERE IS NO DISCRIMINATORY RULES AS TO YOUR DIET; YOU MAY EAT MEAT OR JUST BEANS BUT FOR MY PAST EXPERIENCE LOOKING FOR A ROOF TO SLEEP UNDER IN THIS CITY I SHOULD BE FORCING YOU TO EAT ANIMALS SAME AS I WAS FORCED TO EAT VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN BUT I AM NOT ABUSIVE!
The kalt rent is 380€ plus 75 for the electricity ans the internet. The caution is just 20€ which is only of course treat to replace something if you break it, it will be returned at the end of your stay.
Visits possible today until 18 Uhr or as agreed. Preferably today!!
