Hi everyone!
I'll be out of town for the holidays, and looking to sublet my room for the 3 weeks while I'm gone, from the 17th of December until the 8th of January.
The room:
The room is 18 m2s, fully furnished and has a balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor facing south, so its pretty sunny even on gloomy winter days. There is no desk on the pictures but I'll get one before I leave.
The apartment:
Its a pretty old altbau with many of its charms but also its quirks. The floorboards are very squeeky, and kitchen is a bit basic but it has all the necessities like a stove (its gas which is pretty neat), a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The apartment is on the top floor (4th) with no elevator, but as a perk there are no noisy upstairs neighbors, and generally cant hear any of the neighbors at all.
Location:
The apartment is in Sprengelkiez, a cozy part of Wedding. The neighborhood is super green and has lots of nice cafes and restaurants. It also had great public transport connections, with the u6, u9 and ringbahn only being a 7 minute walk away.
WG-living:
You will be sharing the apartment with Misha (28) and his dog. He is a very chill guy from the Ukraine and works as a Creative Producer. He is normally either in his room working or out of the house, so you wont be seeing him much. His dog is very calm and doesnt bark.
This is not a party WG and will only suit someone with a calmer lifestyle. I'm looking for someone who appreciates this calm oasis, waters my plants and treats this place nicely. If you are a smoker please only smoke on the balcony.
