Room for Rent in Wedding – Available February 1st
I’m moving out of my beloved room in Wedding on February 1st, and it’s available for long-term rent! The room is spacious and bright, approximately 15 square meters, with plenty of potential to make it your own. Some furniture will remain, but you’ll need to bring essentials like a bed and wardrobe.
The flat is shared with my wonderful friend, with whom I’ve lived for over a year. He's looking for someone who’s a good match, as we’d like to keep the friendly and respectful atmosphere in the flat. FLINTA people are preferred to maintain balance, but we’re open to all who feel they’d be a good fit.
The kitchen is well-equipped, and I’ll be leaving a lot of utensils and other items behind. Ideally, we can agree on compensation for these. If not, I’ll arrange everything with the remaining tenant. There’s a deposit to be paid to the other tenant for the room. Anmeldung can be discussed, as I will de-register myself.
Minutes walk to the U and S Bahn, as well as several supermarkets and the busy "shopping" street of Wedding :)
