Wir vermieten vom 14. März bis 10. April (2025) ein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung in Berlin-Mitte/Wedding. (for English, scroll down)
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, hell und in allen Räumen mit bodentiefen Fenstern ausgestattet. Außerdem hat sie zwei Balkone, zwei Bäder und eine vollausgestatte (Wohn-) Küche mit angeschlossenem Wohnzimmer. Die gemeinsam genutzten und von uns gemütlich eingerichteten Räume machen ca. 80qm aus.
Das Zimmer zur Untermiete ist möbliert mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und Kommode. Extra Stauraum, falls benötigt, gibt es im trockenen Keller oder einer Abstellkammer.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, direkt an der Ringbahn, S1/2, U6 und einige Buslinien sind in der Nähe. Grün gibt es auch: Vor der Tür fließt die Panke, nach 5 Minuten Laufweg stehst du im Humboldthain. (Sehr) guter Kaffee, diverse Supermärkte etc. ebenfalls in 5-Minuten-Laufradius.
Wir sind Ende 30 / Anfang 40 und berufstätig. Zuhause haben wir es gerne ruhig, ordentlich und entspannt, das heißt aber nicht, dass nicht ab und zu Freund*innen zu Besuch sind. Katharina ist Vegetarierin, wenn du zu Hause viel mit Fleisch kochst, passt es wahrscheinlich nicht so gut.

We're subletting a room in our apartment in Berlin-Mitte/Wedding from March 14 to April 10, 2025.
The apartment is spacious, bright, equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows in all rooms. It also has two balconies, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with attached living room. The shared and lovingly furnished rooms make up about 80sqm.
The room for subletting is furnished with a queen size bed and a small wardrobe. Extra storage space, if needed, is available in the basement or a storage room.
The apartment is centrally located, 15 minutes to the main train station, close to the Ringbahn, S1/2, U6 and several bus lines are nearby. There are also some green spaces around: in front of the door flows the Panke, after 5 minutes walk you are in Humboldthain. (Very) good coffee, various supermarkets etc. also within 5-minute walking radius.
We are in our late 30s and work both from home. At home we like it neat, quiet and relaxed, but that doesn't mean we don't have friends over from time to time. Katharina is vegetarian, if you like to cook a lot of meat at home, it's not a fit.
